The room was settled before 13.00, the room got under number 1, if you are going here, immediately negotiate so that not only this number !! ! It is located immediately opposite the hall with sofas, where the hostess sits all day and talks on the phone, and in the evenings the host watches TV, we were not comfortable with this. Upon arrival, they immediately announced a lot of rules, which is also a little embarrassing.
The room is very small, it contains one bed, a closet, which was dirty upon arrival (garbage on the shelves), old furniture, a refrigerator, a TV with cartoons in Ukrainian !!! , although of course sometimes we were pampered and turned on the carousel! Cleaned room was not very good. There are no dishes and a kettle in the room, there are no towels for the beach. Just at the entrance, we were shocked, as a huge owner's dog runs around the territory, we were not warned about this, and the child is very afraid of dogs. There were no interruptions with water, but from the 4th floor they complained about problems with pressure. Bed linen and towels are changed on the 6th day.
There is a labyrinth on the territory of the hotel, a good thing, but as usual, when there is, it’s not necessary, the children climbed the first day, and then only went to the trampoline. Animation is also held in the evening, and crafts in the afternoon, but a little in time did not coincide with our regimen. There are two animators, well done, they are trying, the older children are running after them with their tail. The territory is beautiful, they clean it every day, but the pool was poorly cleaned, many insects swam there, vacationers had to clean it themselves. There is a cinema with a large screen, where cartoons were shown in the evenings.
The nearest beach is 10 minutes walk, but we liked the Kazantip beach, we went there, a little further away. As I wrote the beach is super, clean, the water is clear.
Nutrition. This is a separate item, the biggest minus for us was that the food was for two adults, and the child could not buy just a cutlet or just pasta, but only a complex (300 rubles) or half of the complex (150). The portions are small, lunch is even more or less full, dinner is generally very modest, it was not enough for me, I had to buy more chebureks and pies, although we went on full board. The first days they cooked on tasteless water, brackish, the compote was salty, the children did not like it, then the water became better. They didn’t give anything for tea, once they baked a bun. The apogee of everything was that the day before departure, they ate porridge, and it turned out to be cooked in sour milk, and the youngest’s tummy was upset (((porridge is sour, they replaced me with an omelet, and who didn’t say, he ate sour porridge. Food is weak side of this villa.
Of the pluses, you can still highlight billiards and tennis, you can pass the evening.
The market in Mirny, it’s hard to go in the heat, with children about 30 minutes one way, but fruit could only be bought there.

Rooms of various categories for every taste with the necessary conditions (air conditioning, shower, toilet, etc. ) We lived in a room with a veranda, so we could sit there in the evenings and enjoy the beauty and relaxation almost without leaving the room)))
And the sea in Popovka is fabulous! The white sand and crystal clear waters are just amazing! Unfortunately, this year there really were jellyfish, but as the locals said, this almost never happens at this time, some kind of anomaly.

I really like the Ark : ) Excellent modern rooms, beautiful landscaped area. Delicious food - you will lick your fingers!! ! and the portion is not small at all : ) There is parking in the courtyard under video surveillance, the territory is guarded, which is especially important during the Kazantip period. In 2013, we were pleased with the Ark, they built a fully functional pool with heated water, so our May holidays were Great! By the way, excellent programs and activities are offered for children, although there is also entertainment for adults : ) cinema hall, karaoke, billiards, velomobiles, bicycles, etc. , etc. In short, a lot of interesting things that make relaxation and restorative)) especially if you are from the capital or just a big city. I can talk a lot more and selflessly, but I will focus on the recommendation of Villa Ark to everyone who wants to recover and have a great rest at any time of the year!
