We chose this hotel because of the heated pool. The temperature was fine for my husband, but it was cold for me. They met us with a smile, but no one helps to convey things, no one introduces the hotel, you have to find out and look for everything yourself, and this despite the fact that the hotel claims to be 4 stars. The rooms are relatively clean, although they forgot to wash the cups a couple of times. Shampoos and gels are not updated. There are no partitions on the balconies, and when the balcony door was open and people were smoking on other balconies, I could smell it. Very inconveniently located parking for cars, far away. Although there is a multi-level parking in the shade, but it is for the "chosen ones". But the most disgusting thing is the booking department. We booked a semi deluxe family suite, and upon arrival it turned out that everything was occupied and received a standard of comfort, which greatly spoiled the mood. And most importantly, the girl Elena, from the reservation department, does not care about you and her mistakes.
