Rested in a boarding house in June, two adults of retirement age and a child. I will write about both the positive aspects of the rest, and the negative ones.
Positive:
The guesthouse is conveniently located. Not far from the embankment - walk through the park, not far from the bus stop, shop.
Beautiful building, everything in the room is also very beautiful. Everything works, the bathroom is excellent.
Housekeeping, buildings - excellent.
Great pool.
The service is very polite. Our not light suitcases were lifted to the second floor, but actually to the third, because the first is at the level of the second.
The food in the canteen is of good quality.
Not so good points:
There is absolutely no shade on the territory of the boarding house.
Part of the territory is covered with gravel (perhaps this is temporary), it was very difficult to carry suitcases from the building to the gate.

Everything in the room is very beautiful, but, unfortunately, beauty is not synonymous with convenience. Two beautiful chairs that are uncomfortable to sit on. They brought plastic ones from the balcony - they are much more convenient. The table is large and beautiful, but not comfortable. You can’t sit down at it normally, because there is a mini-fridge in the opening between the cabinets. The child was coloring and writing in a magazine, curled up sideways.
Split system. Worked well, but blows in the face when lying on the bed. You can’t turn it on at night (perhaps it was intended to work less). At night they opened the door to the balcony, but in hot weather it does not help. In addition, if a company walks by the pool at night, then it is also impossible to open the door because of the noise. This happened to us, we were able to fall asleep only at 3 in the morning.
The pool has sun loungers, tables, but no umbrellas. There are two large umbrellas under which there were tables and chairs. Only when tables and chairs were needed in the dining room, they put sunbeds under the umbrellas, but a maximum of 6 pieces fit there. For the village of Kurortnoe, where there are no shady canopies on the beach, the lack of umbrellas by the pool is critical for us. In general, the almost complete absence of shade anywhere is a big minus of this place. At an air temperature of 30-32 degrees, it is impossible to stay in the sun all day.
Dining room. Apparently, this is still a temporary option, as it looks like a tent. One row of tables gets in the sun, it's uncomfortable to sit. The food is simple, in general, not bad, but the breakfasts were not to my liking. A small selection, there was no porridge at all (we don’t eat soups), it was impossible to order something extra. Tea, two slices of cheese. There was no coffee.

Administrators are young pretty girls, polite, but, in our opinion, they cannot solve problems. We had such a question. The room had a double bed, but we needed two single beds. Probably, we ourselves are to blame for not stipulating this on purpose. Asked the administrator if it is possible to change. They said it's impossible. Since it was uncomfortable and very annoying for us to sleep together, we asked, if available, to rent a cot for an additional fee. They agreed to give a cot, but for 100 hryvnia per day. It's like for another person in the room, which was not. They also refused to resolve this issue with the authorities. I had to solve it myself with improvised means. Slept with a jack, putting a chair. Not very convenient, but they did not interfere with each other.
No Internet. Although the administrators have it. There is a hall, large and beautiful, there are sofas, however, again, uncomfortable. Why not put a table, a computer on it, you can use it, and sell time on the Internet for money?
Check-out procedure. We have never experienced such a rigorous process. Towels, pillows, blankets were counted, the light was turned on in all the lamps, all bedside tables and shelves were checked. For some reason, they raised a mattress on a folding bed for a child, and even a sheet on the bed.
I am writing a review so that people know the details of living in this boarding house. Someone will triple all this, but if we had known the details in advance, we would have chosen another place.
