I have nothing bad to say about the hotel and the rooms. The rooms are comfortable and cosy. But the quality of service leaves much to be desired. Within 8 days, they did not fix the hood in the bathroom, although they reminded me regularly. The staff in the restaurant is not at all friendly, I would even say rude. And to top it all, having dined there one day, we got poisoned and after visiting the local hospital and undergoing washing procedures, we were able to come back only in Moscow. So if you are going to stay at this hotel, I advise you to look for another place to eat.
