Absolutely soulless and cowardly owners are hiding behind the cultural service of the staff. . .

Some inconvenience was the passage along Desantnikov Street, to the hotel itself, the road is narrow along which people go to the sea and cars drive . . in general, do not miss each other. The kitchen is a different story. . .
First of all, it's terribly expensive! (they position themselves as a restaurant . . but in fact ordinary homemade food) For example, meatballs 13 UAH per 100 g, output 3 pcs total 39 UAH ! ! And that's just for the meatballs! ! the cheapest salad is from cabbage it costs 12 UAH . . for that kind of money you can cut a whole plate,
and they have zhmenka)) We dined upon arrival for 170 UAH 3 borscht 1 second (buckwheat and 3 meatballs) and 2 salads with tomatoes and cucumbers... and by the way, 10% is added for service, but oh well...
I ordered cheesecakes for my child for breakfast.
Portion -27 UAH, it contains 2 small pieces....I ordered one and a half portions. Not only did they wait an hour, they also brought 3 mounds of porridge and embellished it all with orange and raisins)))) some kind of slob! ! I say that I warned the girls that my child does not eat with raisins... they didn’t hear)) although they praised the cook . . they said super professional ! ! well, he doesn’t know how to cook cheesecakes... I said that they should redo it. it’s hard to call it syrniki at all... after 10 minutes a girl comes and says that they can’t limit it. the cottage cheese was over... they offered pancakes... we waited another 30 minutes for them... in short, breakfast lasted an hour and a half....
The first courses were always served cold, the cabbage in the borscht was hard....in general, food for 3 with a big minus!
The territory is beautiful... very clean... the girls are nice, the administrator too... BUT! ! the situation is tense everywhere....they are watching everyone . . God forbid the curtain from the window will come out due to the wind, then the hostess asks her to fix it. The room contains a complete list of everything that is located and the cost of compensation if someone breaks something . . and the most interesting thing... they offer a safe that costs 10 UAH per day, but they are not responsible for things left in it... how is it? well, if it's just in the room... then what's the point in it?
You cannot bring your own alcohol to their so-called bar - a fine of 100 UAH, and there is nothing in the bar. A glass of wine with dinner would not hurt to drink....
and finally....the worst!!!! ! What happened there. . .
They have a rocker... a puppet one for kids... although I don’t know who can be rolled there at all? Is it Barbie dolls... apparently she is for the entourage...
my child is almost 8 years old (will be in August) decided to ride with a girl. I was in a room at that moment... but again... the territory is closed... the child seems to be not small to follow every step... I could never think that this could happen....
The father of this girl was holding this rocker with his foot so that it would not fall down. As a result, an open fracture of two bones with a displacement...
The ambulance couldn't come. . they said to wait 40 minutes, it's good that they arrived in their car... they rushed to Feodosia themselves. We returned back to the hotel. . . we look and the rocker is standing. . . my husband insisted that it be dismantled. . . for how long it is not known. . .
