You hardly meet your neighbors, because the exit is directly onto the street. But if the neighbors are too temperamental and talkative, at night you will be aware of their problems. The doors to the room are secure - no worries about security.
The room rate is real. It is better to pay for an additional place to the owners. 4 people in a room will not create problems if the room is on the 1st floor (from 1 to 6) - they are slightly larger.
No sounds of nighttime fun can be heard from the embankment, despite its proximity. Only on the last night before our departure, a night disco opened in the Aquapark area. This noise continued all night. How often it goes there, I can't say.
