We rested in a five-seater. The room has 5 beds, a wardrobe without shelves, an old refrigerator showing 2 programs and not always TV and a dressing table with a mirror. Things for 5 people. it was impossible to place in a closet with one shelf, there was not a single chair. Everything was stored in bags / suitcases.

The room was cleaned by ourselves. Yard ok. small, full of cars. There is really no place for kids to play. The food is disgusting, the price is 100 UAH / day for adults, 80 UAH. to kid. Portions are small. We ate on the first day, then went to a restaurant for a stop. There is no way to cook for yourself. To the beach - 7-10 min. The beach is wild, pebbles, clean. The sea is clean. To the water park on foot, slowly, 20 min. Water park with sea water. In the private sector, you can find better conditions for the same money.

1. I'll start with the appearance of the number and its technical part:
room
- from the first time, as well as from subsequent times, it is impossible to understand how the front door is locked, metal-plastic doors with a lock out of normal condition. An administrator's tip was needed to learn how to close the number;
- blinds on windows and doors are bent and do not rise;
- no curtains, only tulle;
- sealants came out of metal-plastic windows;
- only one of the two wall sconces works;
- there is a hole in the wall from the junction box (electric);
- switches and sockets covered with paint;
- linoleum stained with paint, torn, has traces of cigarette extinguishing;
- plinths are fixed without decorative corners and connectors;
- the socket near the dressing table does not work, there are two extra switches;
- beds need repair;
- the refrigerator is old, the door does not close tightly, has holes in the body from corrosion. Works with terrible noise;
- the TV is small, of the three possible channels, only one is normal;
- broken glass;
- the cabinet is old (25-30 years old), smells of mothballs and has traces of bedbugs;
- the walls are painted pink, and one wall in half with white plastic paneling - for which it is unclear;
- The air conditioner is there and works, but its presence is unclear (the room is cool during the day);
- bed linen with stains, probably made in Soviet times.
The conclusion of the room - terrible design and condition.

- broken toilet paper holder;
- hot water only in the shower, so you have to wash cold. In the shower it is impossible to adjust cold and hot water together;
- empty soap dish for liquid soap;
- the sink drains. The faucet in the sink does not completely overlap;
- the extractor fan does not work;
- when someone from above uses water there is a terrible roar;
- the door to the bathroom is locked only from the middle, the latch does not work;
- no basin for washing things, no place to dry things.
Conclusion on the bathroom - plumbing "assembled himself", terrible condition.
2. Attitude of staff, food prices, service, etc.:
- drove into a dirty room (dust and garbage). It seems that we were not expected very much. It turned out that cleaning and changing bed linen on demand;
- did not give out soap and toilet paper, but gave out garbage bags and a floor cloth;
- food prices are doubled or even tripled. Residents of the boarding house ate in front of our window (number 1.1);
- the staff organizes their own parties every night, before number 1.1 (with drinks and snacks), the end time of such parties is different;
- we had to calm down a noisy company of underage boys and girls warmed by alcohol, the administration allowed them to drink alcohol and walk all night on the territory of the boarding house and also served.
There are real photos of the above shortcomings.
Rested after that in another place - prices for accommodation and meals are lower, room and service are much higher!
