We rested as a couple in a new building in an apartment with a panoramic view. The view is just fabulous on Ayu-Dag, Adalary, sea, mountains, park. The room is very spacious, with a kitchen, washing machine, good Wi-Fi. The bed is average in terms of comfort, the plumbing is good, there are a lot of dishes, there were 4 towels, they were changed daily, daily cleaning, there were three air conditioners, but we didn’t use them anymore, we opened the windows. Flowers in pots, rattan cozy furniture on the balcony. Large refrigerator.
I just didn’t want to leave the balcony, we admired the sunrise, the night lights.
Cons: the beach is very small, crowded even in September, we went to the next one. The beaches are all free, but you pay if you take a sunbed - 200 rubles. Umbrella -150 rubles, but there is a shady free zone. And there is also a shower, toilet (not available on Hotei beach).

Breakfast is very poor, they also stopped going, had breakfast in the room. You can not refuse, the money is not returned.
There is a pool, but we did not swim in it, as it was not impressive.
In general, I liked everything, and also Crimean dairy products, sausages, dumplings - something that can be quickly cooked is very tasty, we don’t have such. And, of course, New World champagne))) Moscow prices for fruits and vegetables in Gurzuf.
By the way, the hotel has quite decent free parking.
