We checked into the hotel on October 11th. The advantages of these apartments: perfectly renovated large rooms, everything is very clean, there are video cameras everywhere around the building, pleasant staff (from the administrator to security guards), new high-quality expensive bedding, furniture, plumbing, very reasonable prices (520 UAH per day per room) - in Crimea and Europe, such an offer would be much more expensive, the possibility of a transfer from the airport for a very reasonable price (450 UAH).
Cons - another building is being built nearby and therefore quite noisy. Because of this, we moved out the next day. But we have no complaints about the hotel, because. we were warned about the construction and, in addition, as we found out, it is possible to build in the Crimea only outside the holiday season. So when will the hotel develop. More about the cons - there is no restaurant, but it is true that it is possible to order food from their chef with delivery to the room. It seems also an option, but it seemed inconvenient to us.
And the third minus - far from the embankment. Of course, now is not summer and we were not tied to the sea, but still far away. On foot, indeed, down - min. 15. And up - by taxi 35 UAH.
