I was with my wife in August 2011. Firstly, we have nothing to compare with, and secondly, we were set up for a positive holiday, so we liked it! There is a mass of "+" and a mass of "-", but without extremes. I'll try to list.
Let's start with the bad to end with the good:
- the terrain is mountainous, steep, those who have problems with their legs and heart - not here;
- the attitude of some personnel to their duties;
- mooring near the beach with 1 boat / 20 min. , several times the smoke was noticeable;
- the beach is small;
- employment of sun loungers with towels for the whole day without the presence of "occupiers";
- the condition of the rooms (32 bldg. ) wants to be better, but for a "spend the night" is normal.
- the cost of excursions, for example, for transportation in both directions of 1 person without a guide to the water area (10-15 minutes) they take 50 UAH;
- in some places an abandoned park, in some places "requesting" repairs;

- food for a C grade with a plus, if it were not for the practical lack of vegetables, one could put a solid 4;
- to the "normal" store you need to go along the road to the neighboring sanatorium;
- tickets to Simferopol must be taken in Miskhor (10 minutes by minibus from the sanatorium).
Well, now for the positive:
+ Awesome, large artificial park with a lot of diverse vegetation and beautiful alleys;
+ Clean beach with small-medium pebbles, when it warms up, you lie like on coals;
+ The location itself is very beautiful, among the mountains, a view of the Swallow's Nest;
+ Pretty good procedures. Excellent massage therapists. Charcot shower and circular "charges" for the whole day. Good gym.
+ Evening programs in the club (cinema, concerts, karaoke, children's activities);
+ The presence of cafes and sports and souvenir shops (the higher the mountain, the cheaper: );
+ A lot of what you can visit yourself by public transport from the sanatorium;
+ Sea, air and water!
