Many thanks to the staff of the sanatorium "Ukraine" for the opportunity to truly have a good rest. Already at first glance, the sanatorium, its buildings and park, amaze with beauty and almost luxury. "Almost... " - this is said only because the reconstruction of the majestic building of the main building, which is an architectural monument, has not yet been completed. Everywhere one can feel that the employees love their sanatorium and love its visitors. Attentiveness, sensitivity, friendliness, care of the staff - no one will feel uncomfortable in "Ukraine". Already from the threshold and from the first words, approaching the reception desk, you will feel that order reigns here, that you are very welcome and prepared to meet you. Further, this feeling will only intensify: and in the registry, where patient and polite employees will help you fill out the necessary paperwork; and in the dining room, where very young employees - boys and girls, despite the enormous workload, show miracles of tolerance and attentiveness; and in your room, where it is homely and clean. I would like to say a special word about cleanliness. A pleasant feeling of cleanliness accompanies you everywhere: in every corner of the huge park; in the corridors of buildings, where there is parquet and carpets, along which an almost constant flow of people moves, but no dust is observed. The cleanliness in the room, one might say, is perfect: the maid, like a kind angel, almost without appearing in your eyes, takes care of you. Very clean on the beach. Behind this, of course, is the enormous work of all the staff. We did not need treatment, but from close communication with other vacationers we know that the treatment rooms are the same cleanliness, and most importantly, the professionalism, care and attention of the medical staff. Cleanliness in the dining room and excellent catering: everything is clear in shifts, a large selection of dishes, tasty and healthy food. Vegetarians are also taken care of.
I would like to express special gratitude to the manager Elena Kolesnik. After all, it is thanks to her that we made a choice in favor of the sanatorium "Ukraine" as a place to relax. And we were not disappointed, but only confirmed the correctness of our choice. A competent specialist, polite, patient, thorough, pleasant in communication, she immediately aroused confidence in herself. She never showed any displeasure or irritation due to our too detailed inquiries, she was able to dispel all our doubts. For which we are very grateful to her. Good luck to Elena in her difficult and hectic work!
And the greatest gratitude and admiration, of course, to the director - Alexander Grigoryevich Kravchenko. Every corner of the sanatorium testifies that there is a wise, caring and attentive owner here. From communication with employees, we learned that just a few years ago, when the new director took over, the sanatorium was far from being in perfect condition. The workers themselves say with respect and warmth that Alexander Grigoryevich raised the sanatorium that had fallen into decay and brought it to a new level, and gave the team faith in the future. The friendliness and hospitality of the staff is amazing. It is felt that this is a team of like-minded people, united by common tasks and prospects. Not once have we met a rude, indifferent or inattentive worker. This is evidence that the leader is a professional in the selection of personnel and the ability to work with the team, to inspire it to fulfill clearly defined tasks. A good organization of work is felt at all levels with which we, as vacationers, had to get acquainted. Strength, health and success to the director!

Let's add that at different times we rested in Egypt, Turkey, Indonesia, the Caucasus and in the same Crimea, so we can compare. And even if the service abroad is in some ways better, but such genuine sincerity and interest, not feigned, but real cordiality and human participation, have not been met anywhere else. It is also pleasant to realize that our sanatoriums and boarding houses are beginning to catch up with the best foreign ones in terms of the level of services. Good luck to them!
We are thinking of coming back here next year. I would like to visit here at different times of the year, including winter. At this time, look at the park with its statues and evergreens, at the sea and mountains, feel the atmosphere of winter holidays. The site of the resort promises a pleasant and boring pastime, and professional treatment and bathing in sea water are provided here all year round.
