old mattress with broken springs
Food - buffet - not bad, they try to cook tasty, but it does not correspond to the season, there are no seasonal vegetables
Dishes are wet, dirty, with leftover food.
Cable car - the schedule is not convenient, you can’t walk along the sea in the evening
Animation - try, children and adults are entertained, there are children's rooms.
Beach - no complaints.
I will not go again, a lot of negative emotions.
Liked: - the beach and the water in the sea are super.
-children's playroom on the beach
- spacious room with large balcony
-a new playground next to the building (unfortunately, we did not have time to play on it, because it had just begun to be installed)
- cable car to the beach
- several game rooms and a disco
Did not like: - no air conditioning in the dining room, the main and very big minus! We left the dining room sweaty, a draft was immediately felt on the stairs, the children immediately fell ill.
- almost all events in the concert hall are paid and expensive.
There are always queues in the dining room. We were given a coupon for the second shift, which is half an hour after the start of the first shift. It's just some kind of horror: we came at half past two, but there were no places !! ! One daughter runs around the dining room, the other in her arms and you stand, waiting for some table to be free, and if you don’t have time to run to it, sorry, it’s busy! It’s unrealistic to eat in half an hour, especially with two children. The queue for pancakes is generally stupid! Can't you bake ahead of time? In general, we began to come to the beginning: there were lots of tables and food, only the food quickly ended and the approach to it was only from one side. Meat is given according to the norm: I had to explain that there were two children. I didn't like the salads at all.
- The room in the first building is not bad. old, of course, but the toilet and sink are new. There is a refrigerator and a telly. I didn’t like these insects with a lot of paws! UFF! Sometimes on the wall, sometimes on the ceiling the size of a finger. Good. that I saw them on the last day when I was collecting things.
- the schedule of the cable car is not very convenient.
There is a lot of rubbish and abandoned places in the park.
I can’t objectively say about the treatment: we went for inhalations, ultraviolet radiation, herbal medicine and an oxygen cocktail. Speleological chamber-room with some kind of fan.
ACCOMMODATION. 3rd floor with amazing sea view. The image of the room is absolutely Soviet. But clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. A friendly, sweet woman works on the floor, it seems, Lyuba. I remembered exactly that she was from Lugansk. Very annoying schedule for hot water. In the morning it is still tolerable, but in the evening, when the child would fall asleep with pleasure at 20.00, so no, you need to wait for the mountains. water at 21.00. It’s not that he’s such a neat man, but he wants to wash off the salty water.
NUTRITION. I was completely satisfied. But I'm not whimsical and I even like hospital food. For 100 UAH a day, it's the best. I liked that you can buy food selectively, for example, without breakfast or just lunch.
CABLE ROAD. The schedule is inconvenient. Instead of adjusting to the sleep / rise of the child, the child and I squeezed into the cable car mode. No complaints about the beach. Despite the fact that I am not a fan of the sun, and there are no visors there, I was quite satisfied with the shade from the cafe. There was plenty of room for the sunless. But that was September. There is a toilet, a shower with fresh water, a first-aid post, 70 meters from the beach there is a sandbox. In the evening, the child always rummaged in the sand. Swimming is cool, the beach is boring. The biggest “+”, which is likely to make me come back to this resort again, is the children's room on the beach. A-la animator Maria Ivanovna not only looked after the children, giving parents the opportunity to swim, etc. , but also taught the children poetry, songs, led round dances, and every day arranged puppet shows with the participation of children. I'm afraid to guess how old she is, but I know that she has been working since 1968. This activity really impressed me. The man is absolutely in his place. Maria Ivanovna, (and suddenly she will read it : )) I, mother Yulia, and my son Vanya, are very glad to meet you! There is a children's room in the building of the sanatorium. Works from 19.00. Cute Soviet toys. Round dances, but there are no performances.
Estimated time 8.00. Our bus is at 11.00. There is no storage room. There is nowhere to leave things. It is very uncomfortable. I had to pay some Mohammed to keep things in his shop (Muhamed, thanks). In general, the holiday was a success. And if a ticket was given at work, I would take it for happiness, but for my money I would like a slight correction.
We were in Simferopol at 7 am, and at 7.30 we had already left for Yalta. Tickets were bought quickly at the box office for a minibus - 27 UAH 32 kopecks. They constantly announced not to take risks and not to travel by private transportation. After 2 hours we were in Yalta, and here it was very difficult to take a direct minibus number 26 directly to the sanatorium - a huge queue! It takes 30-40 minutes to drive, the driver announced all the stops several times. Entrance to the territory of the sanatorium is free, the administrative building is Panina's palace, an old beautiful building. They received us kindly, immediately found a reservation in the computer, even took into account the wishes - not the first floor and overlooking the sea. We lived on the 4th floor. This is a normal standard room, they have superior rooms but booked from May to September inclusive. We were given coupons for accommodation, food, and a day later magnetic cards for the cable car (the deposit for the card is UAH 30, the money is returned upon departure). From the administrative building to building number 1 go down the stairs.
The room is spacious, furniture from the 80s, TV, refrigerator and a chic balcony overlooking the sea! But the bathroom is terrible! But we were ready for it. The water is cold all the time, hot in our arrival from 7.30 to 8.30 and from 21.00 to 22.00. During the day, bottles of water were left on the balcony and after the beach they took a “bottle” shower. The attitude of the staff is excellent, all requests and questions were resolved very quickly, kindly, without tantrums and screams, which is rare in our cruel time, especially on the South Coast.
Meals are ordered, portions for adults are small, children's food differs from the adult menu and is not ordered, few vegetables, peaches gave greenish (why buy these in season? ). The first without meat, the second - rice, pasta, potatoes, cutlets almost from bread, small pieces of chicken or fish. For dinner they gave kefir. And somehow it was sometimes tasteless. The dining room is like a steam room, although there are ceiling fans. But they don't help much. It is a pity that there is no cafe on the territory of the sanatorium, the cafe "Alexandria" is closed, they promise to open it next year.
There is a cable car to the beach, but we only went up the cable car and went down on foot. There is a gentle descent to Marat, we passed the house “with a cockerel” without steps, and then we went through the sanatorium “Ukraine” (entrance is free, and the first time the guard went with us to show us the way to the beach, so that it was pleasant and surprising! ) There are already steep steps, but you get out next to the wooden sun loungers of the sanatorium on the embankment. The cable car for strangers is paid - 15 UAH for descent and 20 UAH for ascent, which every day for a family will be unprofitable. They went to the beach early in the morning, passed by a small market, where on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays they sold products from the Bakhchisarai region, but only from 6 in the morning, and at 10 in the morning everything was sold. The locals lined up. Milk - UAH 8 liter, sour cream - UAH 2.0. 5 l, cottage cheese - UAH 1.0. 5 kg; vegetables and fruits are also cheaper. We bought gorgeous peaches for 14 UAH, pink tomatoes for 7 UAH (in Simferopol, on the market near the railway station, these were sold for 15 UAH). You could also buy meat, fish and eggs from them.
The beach of the sanatorium is small, for 300 vacationers it is small, pebbles were brought in in the spring, it is not yet small everywhere. There is practically no shady zone on the beach, in a storm they hid on deck chairs on the embankment, in calm weather under the canopy of the “Deck” cafe, but water and beer sometimes poured from there. The first week there was a storm, thunderstorm and heavy showers, then calm, sea +25, air +28-30, the sea is clean and transparent in the morning, then jellyfish, algae, garbage, some kind of white foam. The beach is cleaned in the morning, but by the evening there are a lot of plastic glasses from beer, peach pits and other garbage on the beach. Vacationers did it! There is no smoking on the beach, but our people are looking for corners to smoke and not to climb from the beach to smoking areas. The guards make remarks. For vacationers not in the sanatoriums on the "Marat" and the sanatorium "Ukraine" there are 2 compartments each, where they are allowed on paid guest cards, which can be obtained from the owners and in the Gaspra apartment bureau. On the waterfront there are cafes, beach safes, toilets, changing rooms.
The park of the sanatorium is practically destroyed, abandoned and a lot of garbage. But the air near the sanatorium is wonderful, one breathes easily and differs from the air below near the Marat, where the gas pollution is strong.
The resort has free tours. We visited the Yusupov Palace, the Swallow's Nest, the Dnieper sanatorium - Cape Ai-Todor, Miskhor - a park, a mermaid, an embankment, a Sunny path 2.5 km one way to the observation deck on the South Coast towards the Bear Mountain. It is unfortunate that the Solar Path is almost destroyed, a lot of garbage.
We were in the Old Spring cafe, now there are 2 of them - an old one with a small hall and a new one, a larger hall, but everything is almost busy in the evening, they come to dine from Yalta, tables must be booked. I liked pasties, manti. Pilaf is cooked better in Yalta on the market and 2 times cheaper. Fish dishes are better not to take, not tasty! The prices are high. Restaurant "U Teschi" - in the Ukrainian style, the prices are high, but the dishes are prepared "without a soul", they are far from real "mother-in-law's pancakes".
We went to Gurzuf for a walk, went to the coffee shop "Boulevard", enjoyed coffee and charlotte, which simply melted in your mouth. Even though the prices are high, it's worth it!
The wine was once taken in a store in Koreiz Massandra, only the Massandrovskaya label, rubbish is still the same. Once again convinced - a lot of fakes. I don’t understand, but what then is sold on tap? True, in Gurzuf, in a store near the city hospital, they bought Solnechnaya Dolina dry red wine - 50 UAH - just wonderful, my husband bought Magarach cognac there, it was also excellent.
Everyone scared us that in the children's sanatorium the children would not let us rest, there would be a lot of noise, squealing, screaming. But I wouldn't say so. The children were noisy until 21.00, and then everything fell silent and it was quiet, but sometimes the adults who were returning from the disco in the morning were very noisy. Yes, and vouchers are now sold not only to mothers with children, but also to adults without children, many organizations have paid vacations for their employees and now many young people, aunts, uncles, grandparents without children are resting.
How would I rate my vacation? Only positively, despite many shortcomings, all the same, the sea, air, beauty conquers all negativity, but we knew and were ready for the fact that we were not going to a 5-star hotel, so we got only a positive charge from the rest.
The park around is beautiful, you can’t breathe the air, but it’s a pity that it’s abandoned and there is a lot of garbage - no one probably cleans up the bushes. But we saw a squirrel.
On nutrition: portions for adults are small. It was also not clear - how during the season for vegetables, per day, if you collect all the sliced u200bu200bpieces in the morning, lunch and dinner, then the maximum was only 1 small tomato and cucumber. Also, the constant presence of rice or pasta was very annoying - well, after all, in our country there were interruptions only with buckwheat? After all, it was possible to diversify a little with other cereals (the same pearl barley, wheat, millet). And so, if not for breakfast, then for lunch or dinner, in any case, there was either rice or pasta. The meat was served regularly, but in such melancholy sizes that it was lost in the gravy. Yes, and the first courses cannot be called rich - soup with meatballs - one sediment from minced meat . . etc. Well, for sea fish - there is applause - and it is well cooked and the pieces are normal.
It was also incomprehensible with fruits - they gave peaches a couple of times - they were so unripe and small that they crunched on the teeth like apples. Why, one wonders, to buy and serve this on the table - after all, children also love to eat them - but how to give this to a child? After all, right next to the cable car just below the school there is a "collective farm" market that brings fruit from Bakhchisarai - there are peaches for 13-15 UAH and ripe, even small ones. Our family is generally undemanding to food - but sometimes the dishes were prepared quite tastelessly somehow.
We were well aware that we did not come to 5 stars, but still expected a little more.....
We go further - the cable car worked on schedule, travel is free for vacationers, the beach is also b / n (by the way, clean, well-groomed and wide). The pebbles are small, the exit to the sea is normal, the water is just a fairy tale! Who did not have time or, on the contrary, went to the beach earlier than the cable car starts - you can walk 10 minutes to the beach through a small market.
And now I’ll move on to the saddest thing - 2 days after our arrival, we all got sick, at first we thought that, as usual, due to climate change, but then we realized with horror that LITERALLY THE WHOLE SANATORIUM WALKED AND COUGHED AND SNEEZE. Small children (from 2-3 years old) - so they generally choked from coughing. I won’t draw conclusions - I’m not a doctor by profession, only assumptions: either due to the fact that the dishes are common to the entire hall - and may not have been washed and disinfected well, or because of the common dining hall, which (by the way, like a bathhouse) is connected to catering unit, and in which only in the morning you can still go dry, but hoods, as such, are probably not provided. Either some kind of virus "walked", or maybe it was just a big coincidence, but the feeling of joy from the vacation was a little blurred. So we spent most of our short vacation, excuse me "with snot" and without much mood.
I ask all readers not to take it literally and not be offended if it is the staff of the sanatorium - this is just my subjective opinion. Let the wishes and comments be taken into account and other vacationers will improve their vacation.
With uv. Denis
And in Yasnaya Polyana, I agree, everything is modest, but you are not going to sit in your room all day and look at the walls, are you? What's the point of going then? It is very convenient that the resort has its own cable car to the beach. For example, after breakfast we went down to the sea and went up right in time for dinner))). The food is ordinary, no frills. If we wanted to treat ourselves to something tasty, then we went to a cafe. Another plus is that excursions are offered on the 1st floor of the club-dining room. So we probably traveled the entire South Coast. Sea of pleasure !!!!!! ! Special thanks to the staff, who are always friendly to vacationers!
And, of course, a couple of wishes to improve the rest:
1. It would not hurt to improve the park a little.
2. Extend the hot water supply time.
3. Open a cafe on the territory of the sanatorium.
We hope that the management of Yasnaya Polyana will pay attention to the comments and the sanatorium will begin to develop!
And we had a great time!! !
