My review may not be so relevant anymore, but still.
Rested in September 201.2 adults and a child of 4 years. Booked a room (junior suite in building 6.2 days before arrival. It was very pleasant that the administration did not start composating brains with an advance payment and did not take money for placing a child, as almost all boarding houses in Crimea do.
We liked the room as a whole - clean, tidy, the furniture is cheap, but new. At the end of September, in building 6, they began replacing old air conditioners with new ones - split. The bed was changed regularly and cleaned as well. The hotel staff left a good impression. There were also animators - not such a rich program as in the season when there are many older children, but still there were.

I liked the food, especially breakfasts in building 6, everything is dietary, for children there is a large selection of both useful things (lazy dumplings, cheesecakes) and "harmful things", like sausages : -). There were seasonal fruits. We took breakfast and dinner, we didn’t have to pay for the child.
Junior suites get access to the VIP beach. Last year in September, the beach was quite free, the only small drawback was the boulders in the sea. The beach is cleaned, smoking on the beach is prohibited. There are lifeguards, which was a rarity for the adjacent beaches. To get to the beach by cable car - for our child it was an additional entertainment.
The neighboring park really needs to be looked after, but I don't know if this is the territory of the hotel. The child was very pleased with the rest, he remembered the animators and the sea for a whole year. We were also very pleased.
Also a huge plus of the hotel is its location - it is easy to get to the zoo and other interesting places, and there are enough of them on the South Coast.
The only drawback for us was the road from Kyiv by car - very tiring - but this does not apply to Marat.
