In short, bad. Uncomfortable, sad place. Such are the feelings. The pool is beautiful, but the pool and animation are all show-offs, we are not going to Crimea for this.
Objective indicators: 1. The beach is terrible. Two sections, free (included in the price) and paid (30 gr. per day per person). On the free could not even lie sideways. I had to pay for 3 days to the paid section. Then they corrected the date on the pass and continued to go to the paid section. To take money for the fact that there is no normal beach is impudence on the part of Marat. All neighboring resorts have much freer beaches.
2. Marat does NOT have a park! The territory is green, but in Crimea the streets are also green. There is NO park, in the sense of walking along the alleys, at Marat. Excellent parks in san. Miskhor, Dnipro, Ukraine and even in the dignity of Yasnaya Polyana. It is not clear why the Chair Park was painted this way on Marat's website. Maybe 150 years ago there was the Chair Park on this territory, now it is not even in sight. Territory decent only around the pool. For the rest of the territory there are hut-type buildings, we did not understand who lives in them. There is no desire to walk in such territory.

We stayed half of the vacation, spent the second half in another resort and had a great rest there for almost the same price. No more foot in Marat.
