Rested with her husband in Marat from 30.08. on 06.09. 2011. The place is great! We lived in building 6 on the sixth floor. The territory is good. a lot of coniferous trees, respectively, clean air. The beach is good, small pebbles. Equipped with awnings and sun loungers. The beach is clean. And what is especially nice - smoking on the beach is prohibited. Food - quite (we only had breakfast). The menu has vegetables, fruits, cereals, including dairy, cheesecakes, casseroles, scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausages, well, in general, etc. , etc. cooked was delicious. The only minus of the dining room is that if you eat on the 2nd shift, many dishes are already cold. And there are not always free cleaned tables. There are few waiters - they did not have time to clean up the dirty dishes. Now about the sad: the room in which we lived is of course the standard. But the furniture is from the times of the USSR. Old, miserable. There are no shelves in the closet. There are 3 nightstands in the room! Why - I do not know. You can’t put anything in them anyway, since there are no shelves in them and the handles are unscrewed. But there is a chic balcony - large and a cool view (directly - a view of the pool, and a side view of the sea). So ask for a table and 2 chairs on the balcony, even if they are plastic!! ! Now about the bathroom - very small, but this is not a problem. The problem is that near the shower tray, the floor has a slope. One careless move and you get injured. Which unfortunately happened to me! She got out of the shower, slipped and injured her leg. The hotel has a first-aid post, there is a doctor. But no help from them. I went to the doctor for my leg injury. The doctor advised me to go to the emergency room in Yalta to take a picture. At my request, well, to provide at least some first aid in order to get to Yalta, the doctor said now let's go to the first-aid post and they will lubricate my leg with Menovazin and give an injection of analgin, but at the first-aid post the nurse said that there is no ointment. Then I asked to make at least a tight bandage - this is welcome, especially since my husband had already bought me an elastic bandage. And they didn't do the injection. I didn't insist, but the nurse didn't care. What is the infirmary for? If the hotel has a medical center. Then at least there should be a minimum set of emergency drugs. Anyway. The injury turned out to be a simple sprain and a tight bandage was just right. AND MORE ABOUT THE SAD - in our room for all seven days of stay they have never been cleaned !!!!!! ! In the last three days, they even stopped taking out the garbage !!!!
The cable car, yes, it really works on schedule. But it didn't bother us. Always arrived on time. Respect to the staff on the cable car!! ! Well done guys - they help to sit down and get out of the booth! In general, the hotel staff are friendly. I can't say anything about the pool - we didn't use it. But the people were seen swimming and there were water aerobics classes.
In general, we liked it. If they ask me if we will go there again, I will say Yes! If we get a chance, we'll go. For us, the main thing is the clean sea and wonderful air. And this is full in Marat !!! !
