We rested in the 5th building (9-story). The view from the window is amazing - the sea, cypresses, the pool, which is beautifully illuminated at night. The room is small (about 15 sq. m. ), modestly furnished, but clean and has everything you need. Cleaning every day, towels are changed every 5 days, although we (it is not clear why) were changed daily for the first week. The territory of Marat is small, inside the territory there are fences with private villas, in fact, the entire park is a cypress alley leading from the entrance to the 9-storey buildings (there are 2 of them). In general, it is difficult to identify the declared Chair Chair... And so there is a slightly isolated zone (cut off by a wall of cypress trees) with two 5-storey buildings. Of course, it’s sadder to settle in them - there is no view from the windows, to stomp to the pool...
The pool is very nice, newly built, fresh, very clean, every morning it is scrubbed. The staff is polite. Of course, it’s a bit far to go down to the beach, or rather it’s rather steep, but on vacation, when you only eat and sleep, such a walk is even useful. We were with a three-year-old child and there were no problems with the road to the beach. The beach is clean and non-smoking. In general, they were satisfied with the rest.
