Unfortunately - because I liked the rest very much (I was in Turkey, and in Western Europe, and in Moscow, so there is something to compare with) and this year, most likely, we will also go to "Chair" but earlier (in the second half July, if there are places) and at least for a week.
There were also shortcomings, and although they did not affect the overall positive impression, it is worth mentioning them at least in order to at least draw the attention of the administration to them and give them the opportunity to eliminate:
1. Staff. The girls at the reception in the villa itself and in the dining room of the 6th building - the very charm and friendliness! Bravo! The security of the villa also left a very positive impression. The girls at the reception of the 6th building, where it was necessary to check in, also then smiled and behaved at the level, BUT this was only after they found out that we were settling in Chair. So a wish: you can greet customers with a smile and the phrase "how can I help? " rather than an annoyed "what do you want? "? And a similar question about the security at the pool - why, when trying to go to the kindergarten near Chair, we were first told “You can’t come here”, and only then the guard bothered to find out if we, in fact, live in Chair?
2. Food. We had breakfast in building 6. The food is of high quality and in sufficient quantity, as the stocks were emptied, they were quickly replenished, so it was difficult to leave hungry. I have already spoken about the attentive and friendly staff. : -) The only thing, not even a remark, but a wish - to consider the possibility of either moving the dining room, or repairing the first two floors of the 6th building - the interior is very dissonant with the interior of Chair. I don't know what time the "Siren" is open - maybe it's possible to serve breakfast there?
3. Beach and cable car. The cable car worked perfectly - there was a hitch only 1 time for half an hour, but it was in the morning, and going down "on its own" 200 meters is not so difficult. I won’t say anything about the time of work, because. We didn't go to the beach in the evening. Again, it should be noted attentive staff helping the elderly to get in and out of the booths. The VIP sector on the beach is quite spacious, there was no shortage of sun loungers (I wonder if it is still on the level at the peak of the season? ), There is only a problem when entering the water - rather large stones. I myself, in general, rather big, but even for me it was uncomfortable in places. Fragile women and children would like to be advised to be very careful.
4. Number. No worse than in similar "star" rooms in Europe and Turkey. Spacious bathroom, good furniture, safe, mini-fridge, cleaned the room also regularly. As in the paragraphs above, there are simply not enough details so that you can put not a "seven", but at least a "nine": there are no sconces or floor lamps (reading a book on the bed before going to bed is not very convenient), in the bathroom there were only two disposable bags of shampoo (they ran out on the first day but no one brought new ones) and small pieces of soap, on the balcony there is not enough at least a microscopic table (only two plastic chairs - and if we sit on the balcony, then what to do with, say, glasses or bottles? ) . And on the third day they didn’t change the bedding (yes, we had to move out on the fourth day, but if the change of linen is already declared every 3 days, then there should be no excuses in a four-star hotel).
It may seem that there are a lot of shortcomings, but, I repeat, in general, they are very successfully smoothed out by a general good level and positive. Good luck to Marat and Chair!

I was very pleased with the outdoor pool in which there are three levels of depth, which is very convenient for children, as well as a water slide and sunshades. Women like water aerobics in the pool, which is arranged by the hotel's full-time animators, surprisingly, women of all, sorry, calibers are engaged. The requirement for a guest card on every corner can be annoying, but probably the presence of security and provides at any time free places on the beach and near the pool. Canteen nearby in the next building, breakfasts, Swedish line, decent, maybe if you live for two weeks and seem monotonous, but we liked it. Lunch and dinner for an additional fee of 85 hryvnia per person without frills, but probably for such a fee it is difficult to include caviar and lobsters in the menu. That's why I put nine, maybe it's better to add value and make the food more attractive. I also consider the lack of beach towels to be a significant disadvantage. Otherwise, everything was on the level and the cable car worked, and the car was where to park and the weather was great. Why did he call it “No worse than in Turkey... ”, yes, we were in five stars in Kemer, I can’t say that it’s bad there, but there is no such nature and such air as we have in Crimea, HERE WE ARE HOME!
