We stayed at the hotel from 4 to 10 September 2016.
The overall impression of the boarding house was positive.
We purchased a ticket not to the main building, but to a 3-storey cottage located on the territory, which, in my opinion, was a huge plus:
spacious two-window double room, a balcony overlooking the mountains and the sea (it stands a little sideways to the sea, so from any room the view opens both there and there), large double bed, TV, Wi Fi, hot-cold water, shower, if necessary they can provide a cot for a third or a child (by the way, there were many vacationers with children), daily cleaning, on the ground floor a kitchen with a refrigerator, kettles, a microwave, for those who rest without food, or you can make tea in the evening, or after the tour you didn’t have time to eat, air conditioning, safe, clothes dryer on the balcony, as well as a table and chairs, in the evening you can drink wine looking at the sea sunset, safe.
One minus - very steep and narrow steps... (subjectively)
Food: excellent. Buffet, a good selection of dishes, something different every day, they cook deliciously, friendly girls at the distribution, you can eat both indoors and outdoors - from the dining room there is an exit to the street, where wooden gazebos are equipped with sea views, and an artificial fish pond.
Service: friendly staff, respond quickly enough to requests (locked the safe and could not open it, after contacting the reception, the employee appeared in the room after 6-8 minutes), the cleaners were polite, helpful. One minus - one girl at the reception was either tired or new, but for a long time she could not answer some questions, and answered with such a look, like fuck you all off me... But this is rather an exception.
The boarding house has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, bus to the beach and back (free of charge), sauna, billiards, barbecue area (extra charge). A bunch of sightseeing tours and routes, they give out all schedules with prices

The boarding house is located quite conveniently: next to the minibus stop, i. e. you can go to Yalta yourself without a car, and somewhere else, and you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. It's harder uphill - still uphill. But you can return by bus, elevator or a small cable car (100 rubles per person). The beach is pebbly, the pebbles are small, very comfortable, the sea is clean enough, the beaches are cleaned, there are cafes right next to the beaches. Smokers and drinkers are driven from the beach: places are specially equipped for smokers, drinkers go to open cafes. There are breakwaters from which you can jump perfectly (although each says that jumping is prohibited : ) )
