The only plus of the hotel: to be 2 minutes walk! from the railway station, also very close to the Aivazovsky Gallery and the Green Museum, access to the beach through the railway road. The main disadvantage is that in most of the rooms the windows overlook the "embankment", where music rumbles in the cafe until 3-4 in the morning, i. e. if you plan to sleep in, this is not an option. The situation in the hotel, I think, has not changed since the 60-70s. The bathroom, to put it mildly, is not too clean, the taps work with varying degrees of success, there were no towels in the room, although they were supposed to. The bed linen is quite clean, although it does not really correspond to the size of the bed : ). So even the relative cheapness (by Crimean standards) of about 150 UAH per place (this is in a room with a shower) does not save the day. Our friends stayed in the private sector for 100 UAH.
