They warned that there will be 4 people and 2 of them are small children, respectively, a lot of things - baby food, diapers, clothes, etc. Therefore, a large car is needed. To our surprise, the owners sent an ordinary passenger car. This was their first breach of the agreement. I had to look for a car at the airport and pay for it myself.
We signed a contract of employment, paid for accommodation for the entire period - more than a month. Everything, in principle, suited. But literally a week later, problems began, as it turned out, related to clause 6 of the Tenancy Agreement - "In case of refusal to move in or shorten the period of residence by the OWNER, the LESSOR has the right to deduct from the prepayment an amount of three days of stay, excluding discounts. " The owner of this institution began to make far-fetched claims without any reason, that is, she provoked a scandal.
The hostess and her cleaning lady climbed over things, took children's things and children's dishes with dirty hands. We even decided to reduce the amount of furniture in the premises we rented. We calmly told them about the inadmissibility of such actions on their part. For a while, everything calmed down. But after the mother with two small children was left alone (one person left and planned to arrive just before leaving), the hostess became furious - insults and threats rained down. There were even threats of murder. After that, on September 9, a police squad was called.
During the interrogation, the police even mentioned the presence of video surveillance in the premises that we hired. On the advice of the district police inspector, who arrived on a second call on September 11 and saw what she was doing in the presence of small children and himself, we moved out of there. In the remaining days, the money, probably with the help of the police, was returned in full.

Be prepared that during the cleaning of the room, your personal belongings will be shifted to the discretion of the hostess, who manages the cleaning of the rooms. And some things may even be outside your room.
The food provided leaves a lot to be desired. There were constant problems with the stomach.
The rooms, though with a kitchen, but a minimum of utensils, which is not suitable for use.
There is nothing in the rooms for convenience. Not even enough hooks to hang towels. As a result, the towels end up somewhere on a chair or bed, and a remark from the hostess is provided.
I do not recommend this guest house for families with children.
