We were in the TES-hotel with a family. DID NOT LIKE IT VERY.
1) Dirty shower room, shower tub and walls covered with brown fungus. The water in the shower drains very badly, you stand like in a swamp. Apparently - the pipes are all clogged, slimy. Moreover, every day there is no water in the hotel !! ! Coming from the beach during the day, it is impossible to wash. In the morning - the same problem! Stock up on bottled water!
2) Ants crawl on the sheets. The rooms are very dirty, the bed linen is dirty and wrinkled, the bedspreads are stained, dirty, worn out.
3) The TV remotes are broken, the fan is gouged, the wicker chairs on the balcony are broken. Safes in the rooms don't work!
4) A small bag of gel and shampoo, which does not even foam, is issued only once (! ) upon arrival. With slippers too.
5) The doors in the room are closed only with a strong roar (!!! ), so you can hear everyone who comes to their rooms.

If you suddenly take three apricots and three plums from the breakfast buffet with you, then the canteen administrator will call the security guard, as if you were a thief and did not pay for the buffet. The administrators of the dining room (not in uniform, in simple clothes, without a badge) walk around during the entire breakfast and see who has put on a plate how much, whether they are overeating the hotel! I'm horrified at how crazy they are with this breakfast. At the same time, it is impossible to exclude breakfast from the room rate. Isn't it easier to exclude breakfast from the cost of living, because the administrators are so nervous that they will be eaten. It's uncomfortable to be in the dining room.
