Check-in is scheduled at 8.00, we arrived around 10.00, the room was not ready (i. e. not cleaned). The situation does not match the photos on the sites: curtains hanging on paper clips, an old worn-out armchair from the times of the Great Patriotic War. TV - depending on the mood, it shows from two to five channels, 3 of them are in Ukrainian. The toilet and shower in the room sucks completely: tiles in flip flops of mortar, which was left over from the time it was laid, a Soviet faucet with a rubber hose, and in addition to all this magnificence, a small number of cockroaches. Sports grounds are understood as 3 horizontal bars and a trampled down earthen volleyball and football ground, where in 10 days of rest I have never seen a volleyball net. I can only give a good rating to the beach: clean well maintained. Food - a solid trio: the portions are good, large, but the taste leaves much to be desired (sometimes everything is cold, sometimes too salty, sometimes vice versa, etc. ). So it's up to you to go there to rest or not, but I'm not naked anymore.

The boarding house is nothing. It is almost impossible to leave the station during rush hour, only on large buses. When we first got to the hotel, we almost got to the children's camp, there were no signs along the way. Settled in the room, but there is nowhere to put all things! We returned from the sea, and there is no hot water! Washed cold, went to eat. The food is not salty or sweet, especially for diabetics. They often spilled something on the table, put gnawed pieces of cookies... There was nothing to do in the evenings, only walk along the embankment back and forth every evening. Do not go to the city after dinner: the last minibus leaves at 21.00, or even earlier. For those who are light sleepers: the boarding house is located near the camp, so you can not dream of sleeping until 23.00 local time. In general, sheer disappointment, not a foot there anymore! It's better to stay at home.

We lived in a "comfortable" building. There is nowhere to put things, one small built-in wardrobe in the hallway. There was not even a tap for toilet paper in the bathroom, and when I accidentally dropped the paper into the toilet, the concierge refused to give a second roll - not allowed !! ! There is nowhere to hang a bathrobe - hooks are only for towels.

Feeding is not tasty, the dishes are washed poorly.
General impression: no one cares about you, the attitude is bad. The staff does not take a steam bath - people hawala, all the rooms are occupied, we vacated the room before 8 in the morning, the things of the next vacationers were immediately brought there.

I would like to express my attitude about the rest in the Stroitel boarding house, which is in Zaozerny (Evpatoria). I don't know how people can write positive reviews? We didn't like literally everything except the beach maybe. the rooms are terrible: the beds are the remnants of the pioneer camps, you clean the room yourself (there is a locker in the corridor where there are brooms, buckets, rags).

The water is hot according to the schedule: from 6 to 8 in the morning and from 22 to 23 in the evening, you can’t wash after the beach! The food is poor: the table is often not cleared, the bread is unknown from whom left, almost everything is always cold! And to get from the Builder by minibus to Evpatoria itself is a NIGHTMARE!! ! Don't sit at the bus stop! All in all, I don't recommend it to anyone. . .
