Accommodation does not include breakfast. And food at the hotel can be bought for a fee, i. e. You come to a cafe and choose what you like from the menu. The three of us traveled with a child and it is very inconvenient when you get up early in the morning and have to think about where to drink coffee or tea, for this you need to fully prepare to go to a cafe and buy it all there. Well, maybe it was not so important to others, but it seemed very inconvenient to us.
As for the rooms, the junior suite room is very small but clean and comfortable. There was a balcony, but the windows overlooked the roadway, so it was very noisy at night, the music from passing cars turned on to the fullest, this is probably only with us, although you can understand that people are resting, but still the most successful, in my opinion view, location, it's a sea view.
The beach is small, free for guests, paid for the rest, there are a lot of people, but there are enough sunbeds, cleaned, quite clean, which cannot be said about the sea. The sea is not Cyprus for you. But in general, there were good impressions. For children there is a playground, a labyrinth on the beach and other entertainment.
Oasis Hotel is the place where you want to come back! We were a family with 2 children (8 years old and 1 year old).
Everything is in order.
1. Accommodation.
You come and you are expected! We were delivered by a transfer, we were after 2 flights, everything was prepared by the administrator! No one forced us to fill out paperwork, we were taken to the room, they told us everything, showed us everything, and it was all so friendly and polite, interesting and easy!
We booked a room back in January on the 4th floor, the room is very large, overlooking the sea. Everything is clean, everything is provided - plates, forks, knives, a large dish for fruit, glasses. Everything that's needed.
We were with a stroller-cane, you don’t need to drag it into the rooms, all such things are left downstairs at the reception, it’s very convenient. The hotel is small and very homey!
2. Location.
The oasis is in a great location! I woke up and fell asleep to the sound of the surf. The sun never shines directly through the windows, so the room is always fresh. We did not use air conditioning. I went swimming in the morning, 1 minute to the beach, if not less). There are a lot of stalls nearby, the prices are inexpensive. We walked a lot with the stroller, of course, there are problems with sidewalks in Evpatoria itself, but this has nothing to do with the hotel. Grocery stores, fruit stands are all within walking distance. In 30 minutes you can walk to the collective farm / central market and an fresh store (like Auchan), and buy anything you want, prices there will be a little cheaper. For those traveling with children, local shops have the same food as everywhere else, fruit nanny, theme, agusha, etc.
3. Nutrition
Meals are not included, but they don't need to be. There are plenty of cafes, pizzerias, kebabs nearby for every taste. But the hotel itself has a cafe corsair. At first it seems that it’s a little expensive, but it’s not, compared to other cafes (not canteens), the prices are adequate, and most importantly it’s the taste, a very varied and tasty menu, there is always something that you haven’t tried yet! There is a children's menu, steam cutlets, meatballs, children's soups. Of course, the waiters are not always quick, but you can wait) and most importantly, the surroundings - it's a pleasure to be in a corsair!
4. Beach.
Beach from the hotel, free of charge with sunbeds. Everything is organized at the highest level, the beach is looked after and looked after! They bring sunbeds to wherever you want, either by the sea or in the shade under a canopy! Everything is provided for families with children. There are toys if you don't bring your own. There are large buckets to carry water to children's pools, it's very convenient! There are dressing rooms and showers, and for legs. The beach is gorgeous, the entry into the sea is gentle, and there are many vacationers, but we were at the peak of the season, and then we were never crowded. There was always a place for everyone!
There is entertainment, a banana ride for about 40 minutes in the sea, they leave it on an inflatable raft and ride from the slides in the sea, it costs 300 r per person, children from 3 years old, there is a flying saucer for two, it’s like a cheesecake, they ride on the sea for about 5 minutes -7, you can extreme mode, you can calm, 700 r for two. In general, there is something to do. They come with animals, parrots, a python, a monkey for a photo 400 r for their photo, plus they are duplicated on your equipment.
Perhaps I forgot something, I would like my review to be useful, when I chose a hotel I chose only by reviews, but there are not so many of them to the oasis. Still chose this hotel and did not regret it at all! The level is high, you really want to come back here and we will keep your atmosphere in our memories for a long time!
Pros:
1. The beach is nearby (you can say the first line). Because of this, the choice fell on him and because of the positive reviews.
2. Clean room. Everything.
Minuses:
1. There is no electric kettle in the Oasis room. We rented a room on the 2nd floor for the average price of the hotel. I don't know about other rooms. But they warned us that it was not allowed to use your own kettle. Asking why? Meals here are not free, there is no buffet, you cannot order food to be brought to your room. You need to go with a cup of boiling water to the bar in the same hotel. Haven't seen this anywhere. I'm surprised no one writes about this in the reviews. . .
2. Permanent unreasonable control over residents by the deputy director. She came every other day (I don’t remember her name and patronymic anymore), she could leave clothes for washing for a fee. But it struck me that on her first arrival, when we lived for 3 days, they changed our towels. The child wiped his hands from the watermelon, and there were several pink spots on the towel. She came up to us with claims, it’s probably blood, she doesn’t wash off, we remembered that it was from a watermelon - she personally went under the tap to check whether it was washed off or not. I washed it off, I believed it, but the answer was still this: you can’t do that! etc. Our foot towels were also dirty. In general, the mood was spoiled. It seemed that new residents were warned not to relax.
At the beginning of the stay, the air conditioner was left on in order to come to a cool room. So no, they turned it off while we were gone. Here are the orders! What I mean is that the prices for hotel accommodation are rather high, and the very concept of "SERVICE" is absent. We even regretted that we paid so much when we found out that it was possible to rent a residential building for a price per day several times cheaper, where you are your own boss, without explicit supervision. Who was in the hotel, he will understand me.
3. Restaurant on the ground floor of the Corsair Hotel. The prices are very high, although the waitresses try to bring everything quickly. Due to the high cost for the entire stay, we sat there a couple of times in all the time.
4. The beach near the hotel is subject to passes (they are given to residents), but it is overloaded, since everyone is allowed in for a fee.
The Oasis Hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, on the first line, although the crowded embankment and the park are only a 10-minute walk away. Private sandy beach with umbrellas, palm trees and playground. I really liked the staff: polite, helpful administrators and maids. The guard himself took our things from the taxi and carried it to the room. Such an attitude is completely uncharacteristic of Crimean hotels. But the most interesting began later.
We booked the cheapest room on the 5th floor. When booking, I mentioned that I was going with a disabled child for treatment. Instead of the 5th, we were taken to the second floor, to a very nice room: a large spacious room designed in light beige tones, beautiful furniture and a balcony overlooking the sea. I got worried, began to ask how much it would cost, to which I was evasively answered: “They won’t charge you more than agreed, it’s just that it will be difficult for you to go up to the fifth floor with a child. ” And when I went downstairs to pay for my stay, they told me that the owners of the hotel said not to take money from a woman with a disabled child at all. To say I was shocked is an understatement. The next day I met the owners and thanked them. They offered to help me with food and transport to the child's place of treatment. I have never seen anything like it, although I travel often.
Despite the fact that we lived for free, our room was cleaned every day, towels and bed linen were changed. Food from the restaurant was brought directly to the room. my son refused to sit at the table and wait for the order. The restaurant is small, but very pleasant, made in a pirate style with a huge live cockatoo parrot. Everything is very varied and tasty.
Over the past few years, I have traveled all over the Crimean coast, and the Oasis Hotel in Evpatoria is the best of those where I have stayed, both in terms of atmosphere and quality of service. Ideal for families with children: fenced area, private beach in the bay, where there are no strong storms, 2 playgrounds.
I advise everyone)
