The boarding house is really located 50 m from the sea. As the theater begins with a hanger, so the opinion from the boarding house began to take shape from our meeting with the administrator Tatyana. Upon arrival, Tatyana immediately showed us the room. The number approached us and we wanted to pay immediately, for which, purely humanly, it was noticed: You just arrived, take a rest from the road, and only then we will pay off. We liked it. . . The prices are democratic.
The air there is really saturated with iodine and the aromas of steppe herbs. All rooms overlook the sea, and the option of building a boarding house is very well thought out - even in the heat, the sun does not splatter through the windows. The kitchen of the boarding house is dominated by an abundance of fried, but the first courses are very diverse, they always ate with pleasure. If you want to cook on your own, no one has any obstacles, come and cook.
Tanyusha settled us in an "uninhabited" room, where no one had lived before us, everything is new. As for refrigerators, they are common in the boarding house: 4 refrigerators on the 1st floor in the dining room. Several times the products disappeared, but these are claims rather for vacationers. In front of my eyes, a couple from St. Petersburg wanted to grab our juice, I had to make a remark. Juice was put in its place, without the slightest scruples of conscience and apologies - apparently a lack of education. The kettle is also shared, so if possible, take it with you so that you can have tea at any time, not depend on anyone. Water for drinking (filtered) paid - 2 UAH. liter

Since the boarding house was opened only this year, there are some minor flaws, which, I'm sure, will be eliminated in development.
As for our room directly: the view from the window is the endless sea (3rd floor, I didn’t remember the number of the room, sorry for the pun; to the right of Tatyana’s administrator’s room). There was not enough curtain in the shower room (water was leaking on the floor), a couple more chairs. There are chairs on the common balcony, in the evening you can sit and watch the sunset. The TV in our room did not work. We didn’t really need it, but there were a few rainy days when it didn’t interfere, but we managed without it, and that’s okay. Transport network is located near the boarding house. Minibuses run every 15 minutes (3 UAH), you can easily get to the center of Evpatoria, and from there - to the Embankment, an amusement park, a dolphinarium, supermarkets (I liked Fresh), cafes, restaurants within easy reach.
The sea is shallow, for children - the same. By the way, there are a lot of children in the boarding house and all of them, although of different ages, get along with each other, the older ones do not offend the younger ones (or maybe we were just lucky). Among the children there was no racial, territorial discrimination, there is no division into sick and healthy.
There is a shop not far from the boarding house, although the assortment is rather poor, but you can buy essential goods (milk, cereals, beer for dads, sweets for children, ice cream for moms). Fruit, from time to time, is brought to the boarding house by a supplier.
I recommend taking a walk on the territory of the boarding house "Mayak", it is very beautiful and green, there are also attractions, tents with fruits and goods for tourists. Entrance to its territory is paid. An option for the economical: you can jump over the fence: it is low.
There are mosquitoes in the area, so take repellents. By the way, all the windows of the boarding house rooms are protected by mosquito nets. . .

I wish Nike prosperity, development, polite and grateful visitors. I would recommend buying benches or more chairs for common balconies.
