We rested with my husband and daughter 6 years old from 02.08. 16 to 12.08. 16, the transfer was included in the price of our tour, they were met in a timely manner, there were no problems with this, however, the taxi driver did not know the location of the hotel, but everything was done by himself quickly found out from the locals. They settled us quickly immediately upon arrival, the room is large enough, a large double bed, plus they immediately brought a cot, which, in general, was not needed. The room has everything, a little peculiar furniture, but this is apparently the design features of this hotel, everything is provided upon request: dishes, a kettle, a hairdryer. The bathroom is small and there is obviously insufficient lighting in it, the plumbing is also not perfect, there was constant stagnation of water in the washbasin, there is no hood in the bathroom. I would like better cleaning of the rooms and indeed the hotel as a whole, because if the hotel claims to be a star, then the corpses of insects, dust on the windowsills, hair in the drain for water in the shower are not allowed. We ate on a half board basis, breakfast is served at the hotel itself, and the breakfasts are very good and quite varied. We went to dinner at another hotel of this chain - Christie. For dinner, a salad is offered to choose from, and almost always the salads were winded and, as I understand it, remained after dinner, three side dishes and three fish and meat dishes were offered, and the restaurant worker himself imposed them (by the way, the breakfast is the same story) such an understanding of Swedish table, namely this type of food was announced, I saw for the first time. The food is quite tasty, homemade, but not quite varied, on the 8th day of rest, everything was already fed up. In addition, dessert, wine, juices, drinks are offered. Of course, this is not a four-star hotel restaurant: there are not only tablecloths on the tables, but also napkins. The location of the hotel is quite boring, there is no entertainment, twice with my daughter came to the so-called mini-disco, everything is of course an amateur, but in my opinion it can hardly be called animation. What really made up for some disappointments is the sea - it's wonderful: shallow, warm, clean. There is a canopy, sunbeds in sufficient quantity, the beach is not crowded. Fruit in this place can be bought in two tents, next to only one mini-market, the prices are very high, we went to Evpatoria for fruit, they are cheaper there and there is a choice of them. The staff of the hotel Natalia is very friendly, helpful, thank you very much for this, we will come to Crimea again, this is a very good place to stay, but definitely to another hotel. If someone is interested in my opinion about excursions, I will write with pleasure.
