We rested in August in Zaozerny (near Evpatoria), a mini-boarding house "Nadezhda", Kamyshovaya st. 39.
Impressions were very contradictory, at first about the bad:
1) We booked on an Internet, through the Vkontakte group of the owner's son, the price of a 2-room suite with a kitchen on the Internet was 700 hryvnia, upon arrival it turned out that the room costs 800 hryvnia, it was pointless to prove anything, because the owner's son turned out to be wrong (although the price of 700 hryvnia is still "hanging" in the Vkontakte group)
2) We arrived on the 8th of August, the room was released on the 9th (we knew about this), but we promised a guest room from the very morning to spend the night, as a result, we arrived at 10 am, and until 15-30 we waited for release guest room is actually on the street with 2 small children 2 and 5 years old.
3) The room, in principle, is the one in the pictures on the internet, but very dirty, there are cobwebs all around, and the name "Apartments" does not pull in any way.
4) There was NEVER a cleaning of the room by the staff for 14 days!!!

As a result, they switched to self-catering, much to the displeasure of the hostess.
6) The territory is small, the declared playground is a sandbox measuring 1x1 m. everything”), though the flowers would be normal - otherwise, solid daisies of some kind.
7) The gates are closed after 23-00, you can’t go out or enter later, you can really stay on the street if you linger somewhere.

- deceived with the price of accommodation for 100 hryvnia,

I was sure that the owners had spare keys, but they told me that they didn’t have another key, though then after 10 minutes, the owner Igor Vladimirovich “went to look for the key”, and lo and behold, he brought one key, which immediately came to the door.
- they deceived with the time of eviction, we had a train at 19-30, and when paying for housing, she even marked herself with the time of 19-00 in her notebook, which, because. we checked in late (I wrote above that they provided the room only at 15-30), we live until 19-00, but a couple of days before departure she told us that they had a check-out time at 12-00 and at that time she us she will be evicted with 2 small children, it was useless to talk about anything with her, at the time indicated by her at 19-00 she stated that she marked herself to call a taxi for us, to which she was told “thank you, but we they themselves already booked for 18-30, ”in general, her husband said that we would settle everything, but we did not hope for anything and rented another accommodation for ourselves a day before departure, by the way, the taxi driver who picked us up was not very surprised, t . to. in July alone, he moved 3 families to other places (and it is not known how many themselves moved away from her).

Well, the good thing is the Zaozernoye village itself, a calm, quiet place for a family vacation, it’s not for nothing that the 1st line of the village (400 meters) is all boarding houses and sanatoriums, the sea is clean, warm, there are few jellyfish (one day there were just armies, but then they sailed away somewhere), the free city beach, of course, is crowded with people, but next to it is paid (5 hryvnia), where you can even play football, the beach is sandy, the entry into the sea is rocky in places (the sand was washed away by storms) .
Children, due to their age, did not understand the above minuses, but the sea, the beach, they really liked it all, and this is the most important thing for us parents. If we go to the Crimea with children, then probably only to Zaozernoye, but not to Kamyshovaya 39 , next to this place it will even be unpleasant to just walk.
