Upon arrival, two bars of soap are placed. The room has 1 bedside table, 1 chair (and the room is double), a wardrobe, a square table (constantly bumped into corners), old beds (everything is stained br....), linen is clean, but feather pillows (who you definitely don’t have allergies here). There is no kettle. Refrigerator worked. The air conditioner worked well but was very dirty. TV - lots of channels. There is no drinking water in the rooms and there is not even a cooler, when we arrived and settled in, the child asked for a glass of water, which was refused, go buy it in the store (it’s good that we arrived in the afternoon). For women - it is impossible to put on makeup, look in a full-length mirror, the lighting in the room is poor, twilight. Impressions from the room were just terrible. But we Russian people are not afraid of difficulties - we washed the condo and sprinkled it with medicine, we took the kettle from home (we provided coffee in the morning). And there is also a huge balcony and ropes for drying clothes (this is the only plus), there are 2 chairs on the balcony, but they forgot to put the table.
Room cleaning daily.
The pools are also cleaned every morning, but by noon they are already covered in sand. There is NO beach at the hotel (neither own nor rented).
The sea is very far from the hotel, about 15 minutes, as it is written on the official website, in fact, about 25 minutes and it's hot. If on a public one, this is a nearby beach with a lot of people both in the water and on land. The children there almost ran over their heads, they couldn’t lie down quietly. We went to a paid beach +50 rubles and a sunbed +100 rubles. Every day we spent +300 rubles on comfortable conditions.
The buffet food was good, but the menu is very limited. There are no fruits at all. From vegetables tomatoes and cucumbers.
We saw animators twice, designed for children under 6 years old. Boring. Yes, and after you are in the heat it was not up to them.
Excursions at the hotel are very expensive, on the street it is much cheaper, ordering a transfer from the hotel to the airport is 2300, and ordering 1300.
Beautiful, but very small area not to walk just to sit.

The dining room at the hotel, the one that calls itself a restaurant, after all, the Dining Room! The children's pool was never cleaned during our entire stay, there was straight mud floating there. And the child so wanted to swim in it. The playground is generally dangerous in my opinion - a metal slide with sharp ends, all skewed. It’s better to get rid of such a playground altogether, so as not to provoke children. The hotel urgently needs renovation! For this money, last year we rented a room in Sochi 3 times larger and more modern. Also with a very beautiful landscaped territory, a modern playground and a swimming pool.

We took the best room in the hotel - a one-room junior suite, 20.000 rubles came out in 14 days. Immediately, I note - the people here are GOLD !! ! Settled - 10 minutes, I did not like the room - moved without problems, cleaning - at the height of every day, ask to change the linen and wash the floors! Water was installed in the room, everything that needed to be done or repaired (ordinary cases) was done in a matter of minutes! We were always greeted with a smile and joy! There are questions - they will tell you what happened - they will help! The hotel is not new - that's a fact! There are wishes about European-quality repair, fast Internet - but not essential! Especially for comparison, I went to the hotel Juliana - which is right opposite - everything is there with the latest technology - BUT the darkness and horror in the corridors - the rooms are very small! Balconies - it's scary to go out, narrow and with forged railings, for guests with kids - not an option for sure! I didn’t even consider such an option for the next vacation in Evpatoria.

A good little bar with normal prices, barbecue, deck chairs - everything is fine. But the attitude of the waitresses in the canteen, to put it mildly, causes negative feelings. Rude, you need to ask for food several times, and then they just throw it on your table! Basically, I liked the food. Hearty, large portions, it's hard to eat everything, honestly. Now about the beach. Beach "Priboy" is a 15-minute walk, you walk along the alleys with a bunch of stalls and entertainment for children. The beach is clean, the sand is excellent, there are very few stones, the sea is clean. Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid.
