1. We arrived at about 11 am (check-in from 12). Just getting out of the car, the administrator Gulvina ran into us with claims, saying that she was already tired of waiting for us since 8 in the morning: ((I was in a quiet shock.
Then, with grief, we found out in half where we could park the car (as she put it to the "rattletrap" - then the husband was in shock : )) a new Honda Accord, which is not bad in her understanding of the rattletrapper) By the way, the young lady did not hesitate to poke us from the 1st minute of acquaintance... service in Crimean : )
2. My shock intensified when she brought me to the room... I booked a two-room suite with a balcony on the 2nd floor (the floor was a fundamental point, because we were with a small child who had to be carried in our arms), but they gave - floor 4 without balcony!
3. Room cleaning was never done.

4. The bed was changed, or rather they gave us a clean one on the 2nd day of following the administrator on the heels with this request.
5. The light bulb in the toilet burned out in the morning... they replaced it by nightfall... and I had to follow not only the administrator Gulvina, but also the son-in-law of the hostess Volodya...
6. The administrator was very fond of sending my husband or godfather for a beer for her or corn... and even specified the delivery time - "NOW !! "
7. Right next to the hotel KARAOKE!! ! It drowns out even nearby cafes : (falling asleep before 5 am is unrealistic. . .
