It has become a disgusting place. We rested here that year not for the first time and realized that if for the first time something was not to your liking, you should immediately change the place. We are not spoiled people, we understand that this is not 5 or even 3 stars, we came again because we really liked the veranda overlooking the sea, where you could sit, chat, breathe in the evening air. When we were here for the first time, we looked at the unfinished rooms and every other time the air conditioner and shower were working, only thanks to the maid Galina, who cleaned regularly and changed linen with towels, and you could turn to her with any request. This year we went and thought that Galina would again be in this "hotel". But, apparently, she could not stand the bestial attitude of the owners. The maid this year was just tin. Upon arrival, we found that our room had not yet been cleaned, although we arrived not at 12.00, but at 14.00, called the maid, she cleaned in exactly 10 minutes - she swept and changed the bed. AND EVERYTHING!! ! Further - harder. The air conditioner and the refrigerator are included in one socket (with the help of tees soldered together from time to time). As a result, either the refrigerator or the air conditioner works. They called the hostess, asked to do something about it, to which they received an answer - please, I do not forbid, move the refrigerator wherever you want. I have a quiet shock, but why should I actually do this. Waited 40 minutes, no one came. Okay, so be it, my husband moved it, in the end - in place of the refrigerator there was just a bunch of dust that they didn’t deign to remove, I had to go look for a rag and wipe it. There was a torn mesh on the window, which had been stretched in the first year since we arrived. And they didn't even bother to change it for the new season. Cleaning was done 1 time in 13 days and then after we called the owner 3 times!! ! Although the site indicated that cleaning is 1 time in three days. If, of course, this can be called cleaning, when after it there is sand underfoot and dust even on the TV, not to mention window sills, tables, air conditioners. After that, the item on cleaning, as well as the item on changing bed linen, was simply removed from the site in order to avoid complaints next time. So, hotel guests, get ready to clean and change linen you will not. After the showers, the tables and chairs on the veranda were not wiped at all, this was done by customers to sit outside. And the hostess Valentina Nikolaevna is just a complete boorish woman! Customers, and especially regular ones, need to be appreciated. They put one kettle in our room, and another stand, that is, from a completely different kettle, after our urgent requests, the kettle was taken away, but an hour later they returned everything the same, and not in our hands, but brought it under the door when we were on beach. But when we left, they came to check the kettle first of all, well, our neighbors, leaving, gave us their worker, having warned the maid about it, otherwise they would have ripped off some money from us for the kettle. In general, this is not a hotel, but a laughing stock!! ! The smiles end after you hand over the money. Looks like nothing, but inside is a nightmare. If I had listened to my husband, then for the money that we spent in the Black Sea, we would have rested in Turkey, albeit a smaller number of days. I wanted to go to Crimea (we traveled all over it, but I really love the western coast, because it’s not as hot there as on the South Coast, there is always a breeze, and the Black Sea town is good for a quiet holiday), I didn’t want to bother looking for a new hotel and went to a well-known place, because she believed the hostess, who said on the phone that the hotel had been renovated and everything was functioning perfectly, there was food to choose from. As a result, it turned out that there was no choice of food, but we had to pay for breakfast, and lunch and dinner for all days at once (this is 240 hryvnia per day for two), if we miss something, naturally no one will return the money. At the same time, millet porridge with 2 pieces of sausage was given for breakfast for 40 hryvnia. Thank you, we do not need such a good thing! For that kind of money, you can have a great meal at a local canteen, only much tastier and more satisfying. In general, I do not go there anymore. And I do not advise you! Because 250 hryvnia per day for a room without food for the Western Crimea is not a small price, and some elementary service should be attached to it, at least cleaning.
