The hotel is not noisy, we lived on line 2. The fumigator is needed to eat mosquitoes. In our room, the air conditioner was hung well, so it worked all night. The pool is clean with nice clear water. Linen was changed 3 times in 10 days. They provide beach towels and cards for beach chairs. In general, the hotel has a very good impression.
The beach is not far, min 5 walk. Quite clean and big. There are cafes and canteens, prices are quite normal (by Moscow standards), water, beer, fish, mussels, shrimp, corn, you will not be hungry. You can go on excursions - a very large selection.
In general, if you want to relax and you do not have any special "kookies" the hotel and the Black Sea are very good. We enjoyed.
And one more thing (for information), I had a toothache. Accepted without problems, but you need a Snils passport and a medical insurance card.

The closed area is a complex of one and two-story cottages, respectively, in each cottage there are 2-4 rooms. Rooms are spacious enough, beds are comfortable. Didn't like the pillows. There is a swimming pool with a seating area on the territory, but please note that if your bungalow overlooks the pool, then all the sounds will be in your room day and night. Closed windows don't help. The isolation of the rooms is not important. Lots of mosquitoes there is a swampy wasteland nearby, stock up on fumigators in advance. The sea is close, 5 minutes walk. The beach is urban, sandy, wide. The hotel has its own restaurant with good food. The breakfast included in the room rate is delicious.
