Petty theft from the room is unpleasant.
In general, I can rate the "hotel" as "average" - everything is in order with water, bedding, there are air conditioners. But the rooms do not live up to their cost - empty concrete balconies could be ennobled with chairs for gatherings in the evening, the kitchens could be supplemented with at least a microwave, since they already exist (otherwise it is not very clear why a really large "kitchen" is needed, where there is only a kettle and refrigerator - plump? ) The room was cleaned, but somehow not very much. The staff is stupid - they could not give a clear answer to simple questions like "is breakfast included in the room rate? ", "How much does laundry cost? " etc. Some misunderstandings also came out with washing - one young lady said that she would take laundry from us in the evening, in the evening the other refused to accept, saying that the maid (who was never seen) only takes in the mornings. And washing was critical for us, we had to use our hands in the sink ((
Well, the most unpleasant thing is that when leaving, while collecting things, they discovered the loss of 1000 rubles from a small pack and some small things. They themselves could not exactly spend it, since it was our "reserve". Of course it is true that it is not necessary to leave cash and valuables in the room, but nonetheless. Then you will have to carry all the luggage on yourself every day, otherwise you never know what it will take into your head to pocket the staff - since they are carrying magnets with belts.
In general, no ice, in Alushta there are many more worthy places where nothing has ever been lost (for us, at least).
