I booked places for a month with an advance payment - I ordered a certain room on a certain floor. as a result, my number was busy and I was offered another one, no worse and no better, but different. I didn’t argue and agreed, but the sediment remained, they don’t do that in decent houses.
Two days before arrival, she asked me to order lunch and I was promised that the food would be waiting for me. I remind you - it was 48 hours before arrival. When I arrived, it turned out that they had not been preparing food for about two weeks. no demand. The question is, why cheat? When asked where you can eat nearby, Alena answered - there are many hotels in the area, go and look. I found, but again an unpleasant aftertaste remained.

for two weeks of stay, the impression was that the main thing for the owners was to get money on the first day, and then they were not interested in anything. any request must be repeated several times a day and it is not a fact that Alyona will remember and fulfill it.
For two weeks they cleaned three times, bedding and towels were not changed even once. I took towels and linen and changed them myself.
there is one kettle for the whole floor, and there are five rooms on the floor. A kettle is still not such a luxury, you can put it in every room. one refrigerator per floor is also not enough. The rooms themselves are normal. The bed is synthetic. you wake up in the morning - you are on a bare mattress, and a sheet is nearby. you could buy sheets with elastic bands - a trifle, but not thought out. there is no extractor hood in the toilet, the smell of sewerage periodically appeared.
summer kitchen - one name. it is impossible to cook on it. it is a microwave. teapot. fridge. a sink with cold water and an electric stove for two burners, one of which did not work, and the second did not heat up to the maximum. From the dishes - a frying pan without a handle and two pots, several plates, spoons, forks. the most interesting thing is that not a single plate, pot and pan is intended for the microwave. Only glass mugs were suitable for it.
what is done in the kitchen at the height of the season, and the hotel has 15 rooms, it’s scary to imagine. I went to eat at a nearby hotel, so this didn’t touch me to the fullest.
Their website says that the shuttle is free to and from the station. they really met me at Aivazovskaya and took me to the hotel, but when at the end of the holiday I announced the time and day of departure, they told me that they couldn’t take me to the station, they couldn’t. three days before departure, I was nervous about this transfer, and when I was already leaving the hotel with a suitcase to look for something to leave, I was told: "well, okay. I'll call you a taxi and pay for it! "

and so the territory of the hotel is quite large, a good playground, toys, a bicycle. There are many houses in the yard, two gazebos, a sports corner. the rooms are air-conditioned. the TV only accepts Ukrainian channels. There was internet, hot and cold water without interruption.
To get to the beach you have to cross a fairly busy road. drivers never stop, even if you are standing at a pedestrian crossing, you have to wait for the cars to pass. there are stones in the coastal sea, you can break your legs. there was almost nothing left of the cleared paths in the sea between the stones in September, but the hostess drove every day until lunch to the beach between the seaside and coastal ones - there is a wonderful beach without stones, only sand.
food and fruit prices are like in Moscow, a big problem with baby food. near the house of culture there is a wonderful hairdresser, I went to do a manicure and pedicure - I was satisfied. well made and inexpensive. thank you very much master natasha!
other than that, it was a wonderful vacation.
