We rested in September 2008 with a small 5 month old child. On some sites, the Sea Surf complex in the small lighthouse is called Cypress for some reason.
I booked the room via the Internet, because it was the first time, I was very worried that there was no deception, but everything went well.
The hotel itself is located in the park. I liked the whole area of ​ ​ the hotel very much. Lots of space, lots of shady areas, very good air. The feeling of isolation from the bustling civilization. All the time, a state of relaxation, which made me very happy, because I wanted to recover after giving birth.

We lived in room 4 of the new building. Single-level double room. Everything turned out much better than in the photo (oddly enough). The bedroom has windows on the entire wall and a good view of the sea. The furniture is chic and new. Beautiful bed linen and towels. A bathroom with a bath, when you lie in the bathroom, you can clearly hear how the sea is making noise - I appreciated it! The decor of the room is up to the mark in every sense. The maid cleaned every day, but did not clean well. In the corners, the dust remained as it was. In general, some slovenliness is present in the rooms. But we are not picky in these matters. For a fee (15 UAH), she washed the dishes after us and cleaned the kitchen. Linen was changed on demand without any problems. We used the kitchen in a wooden case. I had to overcome a number of steps. And in general, the issue with the kitchen of the 4th room remained incomprehensible to me. If you are going to room 4, then check about the kitchen. I liked that they put a microwave in our room. We have a baby and we asked.
We had our own large territory near the room, three large playgrounds, which is of course super! However, minus the fact that all these platforms are connected with each other by steps up and down, only a few pieces, it didn’t bother us, but you can’t go with an older child or you can’t, he will fly from these steps, mom don’t worry. And in general, immediately when leaving the room, we have 6 steps that are quite high, we adults were constantly afraid to screw up with them, and in general all the way down there are also different-sized steps, they are in the shade, of course, and paved with rat stone and there is greenery around, but nevertheless, the child can I feel like I get hurt a lot. And this summer, because of the steps, we will not go there. Since the baby is already one and a half and he is very active.
The beach is quite wide with medium-sized pebbles. It is not convenient to enter the sea from the shore, you can get injured especially when there are waves, as there are a lot of stones. We went down the stairs. In the direction of Alushta, if you walk a little along the coast, there are several free beaches with small pebbles and with good entry into the sea (although they may be paid during the high season). Down near the beach there is a good cafe with friendly staff, good food and normal prices.
In general, the impression of the rest is very good, the strengths of the hotel are the chic territory, good room furnishings, a good beach, a good cafe, loyalty to the administration. Weaknesses - lack of security, lack of transport to the top (you need to go to the cliff for several kilometers, before the minibus). There is little entertainment, but this is not a minus, but rather a feature that personally suited me perfectly (but silence)!
