We had a family vacation in the Dolphin cooperative from 07/10/2016 to 07/21/2016 in room 35, which is on the first line. Found a place on one of the sites. There is also the number of the administrator Natalya Medvedeva. I booked a vacation through her. Cost 4300? per day. Many rooms were offered, but I wanted the first line, so I settled on number 35. The number is quite good, but there are a few minuses (well, where are they not). When we discussed the conditions of residence, there were some requirements for the room and service. It was necessary at least two rooms, since the child is already old enough (14 years old), toilet, shower, air conditioning, wifi is desirable, a washing machine (to wash beach clothes and casual clothes), change of bed linen and towels.
Exactly number 35 came up under these simple requirements.
Natalya Medvedeva promised that all this would be done and we would definitely like it.

The room really had three rooms, a shower, a toilet, a washing machine, a kitchen with everything you need, including a microwave (there was no dishwasher). Hot water from the boiler, but it is 200 liters, so there were no problems with hot water at all. In front of the house with a separate entrance in which we lived a huge veranda (a separate respect for it) on the veranda there is a barbecue with personal belongings, a glass table with an umbrella and three chairs. Well, about six sun loungers. Everything is generally good. True, there is no safe in the room, so the administration is not responsible for the loss of your money and documents, God forbid.
But there were a few downsides, as I said.
I will write about them too. So - all you need an administrator (Natalia Medvedeva) is to come and collect your payment for the period of your stay on your first day of rest. She won't do anything for you. Under various pretexts, but do not expect that they will replace your linen or come to fix your broken Wi-Fi. Service is a problem!! ! Trouble is bad!! ! Another such small "surprise" next to the cafe number. That's three meters away. Get ready for the smells of smoke and chanson under the backing tracks. But they cook quite well and not to say that it is very expensive. True, when compared with the cafe "Meeting" on Lenina 2 in Alushta, the price tag is about the same, but in the "Meeting" I experienced a gastronomic orgasm, but here it's not bad.
The next pebble in the garden "Dolphin" - next to the room and next to the cafe is a public toilet. During the day, it does not cause much trouble, but in the evening the ambergris is impressive. The wind rose is such that the smell is even in the cafe. Therefore, have dinner in Alushta or somewhere else. And the administration does not give a damn about this small detail.
Another reproach against Natalia Medvedeva - for 4 days he tried to drive the car into the parking lot of the cooperative. Respect for the guards - they didn't let you in without a pass. But Natalya Medvedeva never gave me a pass to the territory of the cooperative, despite the promises.
Well, a tiny pebble beach. Though it probably didn't bother me. In Adler, there is more on the beach - you can’t push through, but here, in general, it’s nothing. Plus for the beach. Moreover, it was possible to enter the water along the gangway.
Well, the most such sediment is when bailiffs broke the front door of a vacationing family in one of the rooms. Looks like it bothered someone. So they lived behind a curtain instead of a door. It seems like a trifle, but unpleasant.

The village called "Dolphin" is quite voluminous and houses are in order, but if you want to admire the sea, then you will be on the first line otherwise you will contemplate the walls and roofs of neighboring houses.
Conclusion: I will not go here again. I didn't like the way Natalya Medvedeva promised.
