There is a closed street veranda in front of the room. Children can play. Parking near the room nearby (check in the hill and narrow passages). The kitchen is sparse, there are few appliances, there is not enough space. The water barely flows, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, washing at rush hour is unrealistic.
Internet is weak, local. TV who has iptv who has a dvb-t2 signal. The latter works more reliably than the former. Cleaning every 3 days, linen every 6. On the territory of the residential complex there is a mini-market shop. In general, there is a good selection of fruit products to eat, but the price tag is too high. It takes 40 minutes to walk to Alushta or 15 minutes by minibus. By car, it's a bit faster. The road from Alushta to the place of residence along the coast, killed, with holes, stones and puddles. You can get stuck in a traffic jam due to oncoming non-spreading traffic. At night it is not lit, it is uncomfortable to walk. The sea is clean, in the evenings there are jellyfish. Pebble beach between two breakwaters, closed from 20:00 to 07:00. There are sunbeds from different "villas" from this cooperative, some are chained to poles, some are free with inscriptions. But get ready to look for your "arnis" sunbeds, as people "occupy" everything and everyone, throwing their towels there in the evening.
In general: the rest for us personally was not terrible, since we were in a car and rode around the Crimea in search of x impressions and we succeeded. The main part of the dissatisfaction with the rest is due to the fact that we previously rested in Koktebel (from 14 to 19) and there the rooms for 5500 were bigger and better and more comfortable. And here for 65007500 - no - they have a red price of 3500. When we were on vacation, a married couple moved out of the room (on the second floor) because there was a construction site nearby and noise interfered with them, but they moved out to a better and larger room in the same cooperative only for 4 lines for 5500. Briefly: not cozy and expensive, but quiet.
