Holidays in the Pearl - it's just awful! Do not believe what they tell you in travel agencies, praising the Pearl. Our holiday turned into a nightmare! It's just a hole! I did not think that in Alushta there could be such miserable boarding houses. The private sector is even better. The rooms are in a terrible state, in my opinion they have not been cleaned for a hundred years. Is it that the floor was swept and it is considered that this is cleaning. It is impossible to look at the ceiling - all terribly dirty, with traces of crushed insects and blood. I almost felt sick. I'm already silent about the ancient furniture, I'm afraid to sit on the bed - it might fall apart.
The dining room is a separate issue. There is practically NOTHING!! ! Everything is not fresh and cold. Once they brought a cutlet - like an oak stone, which you couldn’t even bite. Fresh vegetables and fruits were not even on display! Instead, in the middle of the summer they brought canned marrow caviar. They write that a customized menu - a choice of 2-3 dishes. But no one offered us to order a menu - they brought what was left more. The portions are very small. The wait staff is rude and behaved in a boorish way. There were a lot of people living in the hotel and there were not enough tables in the dining room for everyone. So the staff of the dining room just brazenly vanished from their seats.
