A wish to the hotel - if you don’t know what a buffet is, it’s better not to take it at all. You have good a la carte dinners, much better than buffet breakfasts. Dishes need to be added if they run out, and you have a problem even getting sugar for coffee, and the presence of only gingerbread in desserts is ridiculous.
