For that kind of money in the same Turkey, we would get excellent service and food. We drove in our car, we were on the road for 7 hours and were very tired. When we arrived, there was no one at the administration. Finally, the registrar Natalya Nikolaevna deigned to appear. She didn’t even take our vouchers in her hands, she said that we had to wait for the accountant. Where the accountant and when it will be - no one knew. We were put outside in the sun, where we sat for an hour and a half. I again went to the registrar and asked to look at our vouchers, because we had everything paid for. In response, she started yelling at me and pushing me out of the office. It really was! She behaved like an unbelted bindyuzhnik. I burst into tears, my husband came running and took me back to the street. As a result, when the accountant appeared, it turned out that our documents had been lying on the desk at the registrar since yesterday evening. The bastard didn't even bother to look. She settled us in on the second floor of the fifth building, just above the porch visor, concreted and filled with resin, so that rest would not seem like honey. I don't understand how such a criminal can be kept at work in a health resort. She has the right place in the zone as a warden. During the rest, I heard a lot of stories about who gave her and how much to move to the best room.
Number - scoop - scoop. The food is terrible. The portions are small, unintelligible, you have to wait a long time, and once our waitress told me that the portion was not enough for me. Bedding and towels have never been changed. Cleaning consisted of taking out the trash. The beach is crowded with strangers. The only comfort was the sea and nature. People don't go there! It's just a nightmare!
