When viewing photos of this boarding house there was a positive impression. We called in advance and clarified such nuances as availability, diet, accommodation (DBL) and so on. Everything suited us as they told us everything in detail and in colors.

When you check into the hotel, the fun begins. The first thing that struck our attention was that the hotel was completely closed, with a castle, so no one met us. Turns out the hotel closes for the night at 23:00. The arrival was at 6 am, and in order to get to the boarding house it was necessary to ring the “special” bell and wake up the administrator so that we could be put into the room. Further even harder. There was no air conditioning in the room, and hot water (yes, it is on schedule, and it turns off at 22:00), but this is not the worst thing. Since we chose a DBL room (this is a room with a double bed), we were put in a room with separate, creaking beds. The room had an unbearable smell of dampness and onions from the adjacent dining room. The bedding was stained with blood (apparently the previous settler was either a thug or a girl with copious secretions). The wallpaper of this issue is impossible to describe without swearing, they just fell off before our eyes. Complete unsanitary conditions in the room and in the bathroom, by the way, about the bathroom is a separate issue. There is the simplest plastic, yellow bathtub without a curtain, a dirty mirror and pipes hanging on nothing like in Silent Hill. It makes no sense to talk about additional hygiene products - they are not! It was just very scary to wash in this bathroom, and thank God we took our towels and hygiene products from home, because it was impossible to use their towels and simply not safe (it looked like gray sandpaper). Dampness, holes in the walls, lack of at least elementary repairs, complete unsanitary conditions. Among other things, besides us, there were other living creatures, such as cockroaches, midges, insects and our favorite female mosquitoes with long legs. Of course, we moved the beds and it was not critical, they changed the bed linen for us, and when we asked the administration to do something about the unbearable smell, they said that they would solve the problem and, attention, they brought a regular fan and opened the windows. Also, at the expense of windows, completely ordinary wooden, Soviet windows, nothing special, BUT they do not close at all, i. e. they were simply skewed, of course there were no mosquito nets. Even if you go there as a couple or just want to quietly relax and sleep, alas, I have to upset you, you won’t succeed, this boarding house is designed for people with serious nerves of steel, because at 7-8 in the morning children of other families run out into the street and I start playing, yelling, squealing and doing other daily activities, and this will happen under your windows (far from soundproof). And if you decide to come with your children, I will also upset you, in this boarding house, although it is indicated that there is animation and other entertainment services for children, BUT in fact they are simply not there! The indicated tennis table is simply crooked and impossible to play on it, the animator is very strange, and I would hardly trust him with my child. There is nothing else on the territory, there is no playground, and in general the courtyard that is attached to this boarding house is very small, with some kind of construction site and holes in the fence.
About food and nutrition. Everything is bearable enough. Homemade food is served 3 times a day. But here, too, not everything is so good. Here the following principle applies: everything that was not eaten at lunch, finish it for dinner. Breakfast, lunch and dinner STRICTLY according to the schedule and at the strictly allotted time, did not have time to have breakfast - your problems. If you decide to go on an excursion and expect dry rations, then it will be two pieces of bread and a transparent piece of yesterday's cheese. And by the way, you need to notify the administrator about leaving for an excursion 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be left without a dry drink (although I don’t think that this will disappoint you directly? )
