We rested in "Svetlana" from 10 to 20 July 2010. "Rested" - of course, loudly said. We went into the room and the hostess took them off with us and put them in the closet, giving us a wretched-looking bedspread and asked us not to cover those beautiful ones, but to use the newly issued ones.
The maid does not bother cleaning the ashtrays (they smoke only in the yard, there are 2 tables on each with an ashtray), but immediately builds vacationers that you need to clean up after yourself, putting cigarette butts in bags (to the request to issue bags, the reaction was "where am I on you? " I’ll get all the bags” in the tone of the hostess, and we are like uninvited guests). In general, I did not keep silent, and on the very first day there was a conflict with the involvement of the Tanita travel agency (which "kindly" arranged us there, and, despite the fact that we turned to them for the second time, the third time we purchased tickets from them from I'm definitely not going to be around anymore.
