Let's start with maintenance:
We were greeted with a look of complete indifference. The impression is that people were simply forced to work.
Questions were answered dryly.
We stayed in a junior suite. The room itself is not bad. Except for the bath (not thought out and not comfortable). Surprised by the savings. For example, there was no cosmetic set, and there was only one set of shampoos, although we were 2 adults. When asked to add another set to us, the maid said: "why, anyway, you won't use up the whole tube. " : )))
The air conditioner was, but turned on and off at will, he himself. It was strange at night when he didn’t work, then he turned on with noise (if we suddenly managed to fall asleep, he tried to prevent us from taking such liberties) !!! ! But you still won’t be allowed to fall asleep (if you still decide to come to this, by the way, the most expensive hotel in Alushta)! Since a nightclub with bad music is open until 6 am next to the hotel, even with closed windows and a balcony you can hear like in a club.
The Internet works only by wire, so you will be asked to go down for the wire (they themselves cannot go up, you must understand how troublesome it is for the staff) we were not lucky - we got the wire without latches, so the connection was interrupted with any movement of the computer. Wi Fi works only on the ground floor, exclusively next to the reception (apparently for the convenience of the staff)
Further, there are bedside sconces in the room, but they are somehow miraculously connected with the general light, so you won’t be able to read a sleepless night under one light bulb without turning on all the lights! Having moved to the suite, it became somewhat quieter (due to its placement), but otherwise the same.
Beach! Small nice pebble. Small but comfortable enough. But do not expect that you will have the promised towels, cards ! ! which will be given to you separately upon arrival. Towels are strictly limited! And, having come a little later than smart vacationers, you run the risk of being left without towels, but with cards !!!
Although, quite polite boys work on the beach, who will always provide you with a sunbed free of charge. But I do not recommend going under umbrellas! they are loose and can fall on you! With us, they fell several times and, fortunately, next to the vacationers, by a lucky chance, there were no casualties !!
The cost is the same as everywhere else in the Radisson! Service - as elsewhere in non-tourist provincial hotels! Pity the money thrown away and rest! do not come to this hotel!!!
Of the benefits - its own territory, its own beach and in the evening pleasant music in the restaurant on the veranda, until 21 o'clock.
