So I arrived yesterday from the hotel. The hotel is definitely good, and what is sad is very different from the level of the city of Alushta. Alushta has not yet grown to the level of a hotel.
ROOMS: We lived in luxury apartments (A 221). The room is very good, designer renovation, gorgeous view of the forest. The only thing is not very good ventilation in the bedroom.
And as for the hull. I would do something with the elevator. It closes in a split second, and does not respond to people. movement in the area of the door (which is familiar to people). I have a 5 year old child almost crushed once.
FOOD: To be honest, I liked it averagely. There were of course goodies, such as pancakes, cheesecakes for breakfast. But in my opinion there were no tasty meat products and not enough fruits and too many mayonnaise salads. Some such complex salads, meat products. Let’s say my children don’t eat this + breakfast from 8 in the morning is a bit late in my opinion. Typically breakfast starts at 7 am.
And here they already wrote that it would be better to extend the duration of the meal to 3 hours. But in general, not bad

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING: no complaints. The staff is very polite, everyone smiles, the cleaning is of high quality.
BEACH: I didn't really like it. Still, it is small and the sunbeds are very close to each other. This is of course not the hotel's fault. beaches are very narrow. But I personally feel uncomfortable when people lie so close to me.
But all this is petty grumbling compared to Alushta itself. You just don't want to leave the hotel. everything outside the territory is a complete negative: crowds of people like in a bazaar, dirt and unkemptness.
I would give the hotel 4++. This is quite comparable to non-elite Turkey hotel.
Recommended for families with small children.
