I really liked the hotel, fresh and clean, the staff is very friendly, almost any request was fulfilled, breakfast in the room - please order a sauna - please, park the car - no problem. Especially at those prices that tend to pleasantly surprise : ) The distance to the sea, of course, is initially embarrassing, but in reality it turns out that it’s not at all scary and not far away.

The rooms are good. Cleaning daily The beach is not far away. But the worst thing is the service in the restaurant. Three meals a day were paid, but we rarely went, because. I had to wait for 40 minutes until they come to you and bring your order, although you must make an order in advance, almost a day in advance.

The hotel is really comfortable. Large rooms, constantly hot and cold water (which is surprising for the Crimea), air conditioning, cable TV (about 70 channels), refrigerator (quiet). If you need a place in Alushta to solve some business issues, then I can recommend this hotel. Located near the center (10 minutes walk).

So, if you want silence - ask for a room that overlooks the courtyard. Breakfast is included in the price. If you can call it that : -( It seems that the hotel owners are trying to save the figures of their guests. Nobody wanted to tell me the cost of breakfast, and if you try to calculate the cost of food, then you get 10 hryvnias: scrambled eggs (2 eggs), two thin slices of ham and one - cheese (so thin that you can see the pattern on the plate and it's hard to pick it up with a fork), a piece of butter (which is not enough to spread on bread) and 3 pieces of cucumber and tomato. The price includes either tea or instant coffee Espresso or americano - extra charge I almost never went for breakfast - just a waste of time.
If we consider the hotel as a vacation spot in the summer, then there are several disadvantages - 15 minutes from the sea (the beach of the boarding house "Pearl" this year). Along the road there are stalls with all sorts of things, which significantly slows down the movement, and the flow of breathers is quite intense. On the beach umbrellas for an additional fee; canopy, which is on the beach - only for vacationers "Pearl". Everyone is allowed on the beach (entry - 10 hryvnia), as a result - at 10 o'clock it is almost impossible to get to the water. The distance between vacationers is 10 - 15 centimeters. The price includes the use of a wooden sunbed (without legs). In principle, it's okay if all these points were spelled out on the hotel's website. As you can see, there are both positive and negative points. It all depends on what is more important to you.
