The rooms look like barracks from Stalin's time. Bedding and towels are all in terrible huge stains, the whole room is in the cobwebs. Stuffy, musty smell. The room has a dirty closet with two hangers for four people, single beds and a table without even chairs, on which there is a layer of centuries-old dust! The noise at night does not let you sleep. Administrator Elena is completely unfriendly and a little rude person, she does not provide any support on issues that have arisen. The water is barely warm. There is an option - to order complex breakfasts, lunches and dinners almost a day in advance, in the Santa Cruz cafe - we were waiting for our dinner in this cafe for 55 minutes! 55 minutes! AND THEY BRINGED ICE FOOD TO US!!!
Of the advantages - proximity to the sea.
I will not advise anyone to rest there, for the first time such a terrible impression of the place of residence on vacation.
