We decided to spend a 22-day vacation from July to August in Alushta, in the professor's corner. The selection of housing began to be engaged in February 2017. , in advance, because we were 8 people (4 adults and 4 children) two families. We didn’t monitor the sites for very long, we stumbled upon the site of the VIKA hotel, everything seems to be fine, according to the information on the site + photos of the rooms. We phoned the hostess, clarified some points, warned that there would be small children, discussed the amount, for 1 two-room suite costing 5400, we booked two two-room suites No. 1 and No. 2. They transferred an advance payment under the terms of the reservation of 30.000 rubles, no more well. We arrived in Alushta, found a hotel and were taken aback. This is not a hotel but a real birdhouse, only for people. To get to the rooms, on the second floor, you need to make your way along a narrow corridor and climb a steep, one might say vertical staircase up, our children were stupidly afraid to go down. Entrance to the room only from the balcony, i. e. . to get to the second room, you need to go through the windows and balcony of another room. For children, just being on this balcony is dangerous, tiles and wide bars, you can safely slip and fall off it. The rooms themselves are a different story, if you can call them that, rather small rooms. Absolute sovdepiya, all the furniture is old, except for wardrobes, some antique sofas, the bed is clean, but its condition wants to leave the best, rolled sheets, pillowcases, a turquoise-type refrigerator))). The bathroom (flushed with a toilet) in room 2, which our family rented, the first one is very cramped, the second one has a shower and a curtain, instead of a normal bath or shower cabin (which, by the way, is not so expensive). Having taken a shower from the road, my husband and I stupidly flooded the entire floor, we still tried carefully and quickly, everything flows there, the shower stretches from the sink, which makes a huge gap between the curtain and the wall, in short, I saw this for the first time. I don’t want to write about the courtyard in this hotel at all, because. this is not a yard, but a pitiful semblance, no comfort, no conditions for both married couples and the childless, plus some kind of mad dog that barked at our children in the very first hour of our stay there. Naturally, we set off in search of suitable housing. We returned to VIKA to pick up things and warn that we were moving out. Of course, the hostess, after hearing that their rooms simply do not pull in the amount of 5400, that they have a red price of 2000 (yes, I wouldn’t stay there for that much) became nervous, didn’t return the prepayment, said that there was no money, how to hand over the rooms, so it will give. We offered to compensate her for the amount of one day for two numbers, and return the rest of the amount of 19.200 to us. I called, the hostess said that she would not return the money, hung up. When I called back, I talked to some man who called us scammers and that they lost more than 100 thousand rubles because of us, which we knew in advance, even before arrival, that we would not live with them. I suggested that he roll this money into a tube and shove it into one of the causal places. We didn’t get poorer from this money, we had a very good rest no matter what, which was served by our non-settlement in this hut. What I want to say in the end, dear owners of the hotel, you make a lot of money for vacationers, hasn’t the thought really visited your head, change furniture, purchase high-quality bed linen, the little that you can change in your service. Of course, you can’t change everything else that is in Japanese for each other! I do not want you to get rich on families who want to live comfortably on vacation, and not huddle and worry about their children at every turn!
