Then it became clear why: it turned out that the words of the administrator, to put it mildly, did not correspond to the truth, they say, a quiet clean place, in the morning at 7:00 we were awakened by a stone cutter at a construction site opposite and until 19:00 without a break, downstairs from morning to evening a kindergarten with yelling and stomping around the hotel. Below us, every 5 minutes, a smoking couple until 2:30 at night, intermittent water, not 50 meters from the sea, but bypassing all 500, constantly extraneous smells from the kitchen, ants in the room, prices in the restaurant are not sickly (oatmeal porridge 100r) , other rooms have their own pitfalls, such as the hum of a heater from above in the boiler room, noise from the elevator or constant clatter on the stairs. The money will be returned only with penalties (double withholding for the days lived). In general, before you are forced to pay in advance, think about it.
