Bought a ticket to the hotel "Energo". when buying a ticket, the tour operator spoke for a long time and beautifully about the wonderful "Professor's Corner", about the excellent hotel and service. And I fell for it! Upon arrival, we were immediately given a room on the first floor. First impressions were good. The room is clean, large bed, kitchen, shower, air conditioning, TV-everything is fine. But then the days started. We were given a business card for a free visit to the "gentle coast" beach. when at 11 o'clock. we came to the beach, I was dumbfounded: the distance between the wall and the sea is about 3 meters and about 25 meters long. about 60 people should fit at this distance. That is, when we arrived, all the sunbeds were occupied. The guard said that the sunbeds take at 4 o'clock. 30 min. I had to go to another beach about 300 meters away, where every day I paid 10 UAH for entry. from 1 person and 15 UAH. for a bed After that, I understood why the tour operator evaded questions regarding the beach. As a result, I did not get to the free beach. Then problems began at the hotel: for 9 days at lunchtime, electricity was cut off for about 4-5 hours. so the outside temperature was -38 degrees in the room. After 4 days, hot water began to drip from the ceiling in the shower room from under the lamp. I turned to the respektorsha and she promised to fix it. I don’t know how they fixed it and what they did, but the water continued to drip. And then they told me that in order to fix the leak, I need to dismantle the shower cabin on the second floor, but they will not do this, so SORRY. If the firefighters saw this, the hotel would have been closed long ago, the water ran through the electric wires. After 5 days, ants started up in the kitchen, and after another 1 day, the water drain began to flow in the kitchen. On the territory of the so-called resort there is no entertainment - AT ALL. The kitchen in the bar is only open until 19:00. It takes about 30 minutes to walk from the hotel to the center of the embankment, where there are stalls, cafes and a pier. It’s good that the car is at hand, otherwise it would howl like a wolf. In short, I'm in SHOCK, for such money I would have a great rest in Turkey.
