We booked a hotel room two months before arrival with a prepayment of 20% of the total amount, and went for 31 days in a junior suite. Upon arrival, the room turned out to be occupied, other people lived there... We were put in another room without a kitchen, as agreed in advance and told to wait 5 days until we were moved to some other room. There is a problem with the beaches, there is no access to the sea, all the beaches are from sanatoriums and you can’t get to them, even for money. There are a lot of people on the beach from the hotel, they lay on concrete for 2 days - there were no places. you go both ways, you don’t want anything anymore. We packed our things and left for another place where children can enjoy the sea and prices are half the price. By the way, an advance payment of 5000 UAH. they didn’t return it, they say we ourselves refused the reservation...
