Many, choosing a hotel, are looking for the first line. In Alushta, this method will be a mistake - the central embankment of Alushta is a noisy place around the clock. The embankment in Professor's Corner is good only from the east side (the authorities are great, it's nice to take a walk and relax in quiet cafes in the evening, and electric cars are a nice bonus for sloths. But from the Sata-cruz restaurant - a nightmare for a novice motorist, chanson roulades and a bunch of stalls, a beer house and chebureks.
Therefore, choosing a hotel in Alushta for a week of rest, I remembered a brand new building in the center of Alushta - on Baglikov Street. It is called apart-hotel "Fiesta". I am without a car, so good transport links to Professors' Corner are important. I prefer only the beaches there, in Alushta I really don’t want to swim next to a river of a dubious type flowing into the sea after viewing a satellite map. In the Professor's Corner, the water is the purest, but the prices in hotels are too high.
Trolleybus and buses to the Professor's Corner are two steps away from the hotel. To the embankment, aquarium, bus station or market - five to seven minutes on foot. A 24-hour supermarket is really half a step away. The tasting room of Massandra is on the ground floor. No descents, no stairs - this is also important for the free inhabitants of the steppes, it’s not easy to run from the beach to the hill in the heat.

The hotel is located in a quiet place - it's great to sleep there! On the balcony from the sixth floor admired the view of the sea and Alushta. The hotel has an elevator, security, parking, reception, daily cleaning. The linen was changed on the third day. Huge panoramic windows in the corridors with incredible views of Chatyr-Dag and Demerzhi. The corridors of the hotel were generally surprising with their spaciousness - zealous homeowners of the old formation would have settled there another fifty "vacationers" in the style of "Sportloto-82". Good thing it's not 1982. . .
The hotel is brand new, so no foreign smells and mold. The rooms are spacious. We had a two-room apartment: about 50 meters, two spacious bright rooms with high ceilings, a large bathroom with a shower. Half-wall windows. Good furniture, kettle, crockery. Two open balconies. Good quality repair, not noisy, in beige and brown tones. Satellite TV.
Cons: 1) - one air conditioner cannot cope with such an area, a second one is needed; 2) a set of rattan furniture is requested for such loggias, and not two lonely plastic chairs; 3) for some reason there was no safe in the room; 4) what a lack of a small cafe in the building!! ! I wish the owners prosperity - enough for new furniture, safes and air conditioning .
Guests should note that Fiesta is an apart-hotel. There is no “cozy courtyard with grapes”, a pool and a playground. In fact, this is a temporary apartment in the center of the resort. For adults, it's perfect.
Liked the staff very much. Reception ladies are attentive and welcoming. Security is calm and correct. No screams, no conflicts.
The name "Fiesta" suggests noisy fun. Alushta "Fiesta" is distinguished by amazing silence and peace. A great place for those who need to sleep off and at the same time enjoy the Crimean sea, Crimean mountains, Crimean delicacies. In my opinion, the word "Siesta" would be the ideal name for the hotel - the pinnacle of the southern attitude to life!
