1. Location.
In my opinion, for the Crimea, chic. The owner is a Moscow oligarch. A few years ago there was nothing at this place. The mountain descended directly into the sea. But, a certain amount of dough - and 60 meters of the coast were filled (and 700 meters along the sea! ), A road was cut from the R-29 highway, hotels were built. Still, no one around. No locals, no houses, no shops, no markets, NOTHING. Only hotel. Entry for residents only, by pass. Strangers are not allowed. You won’t be able to come in for a swim, neither for 20 UAH, nor for 120...
The distance from the hotel to the beach is about 10 meters. To the water 20 meters. Without elevators, cable cars, tunnels and 800 steps. And this is the South Coast, comrades.

I have been abroad, I note that 90% of hotels are being built there according to the following scheme. Beach - beach area (cafe - shopping - carousel) - park - and in the depths of the hotel itself. Mostly the park is visible from the window, no-no between the trees, and the blue of the sea will flash. And in "Hellas" you breathe the sea. When you open your eyes in the morning, you see him right from the pillow. In the evening you fall asleep to its noise and smell. This is a definite plus.
2. Hotel.
Thoroughly built. It looks like the owner has the money. Standard room +, 45 !! ! sq. meters. The crib is almost new, we have a king size bed, a 3-year-old bandit has a healthy folding sofa, two adults will lie down. The room has a huge balcony, decorated super! Individual air conditioning, safe. Hallway, bathroom. Everything is freshly built, new, clean, unkilled. The doors are steel, like the entrance doors in our apartments.
Towels are snow-white, a set of 3 pieces per person, they change EVERY day.
Linen is white and changed every three days.
Cleaning at C grade, every day. No luck with the maid on the floor, the others are better.
On the balcony there is a set of plastic furniture, places, at least dance.
Several restaurants along the waterfront to choose from. A couple of shops. The embankment itself is made with tiles, as they lay the center of Moscow now. Massage salon. Laundry is organized by the sister-hostess, loading the machine is 20 UAH.
Children's room (rent a toddler for a couple of hours), free of charge. Great playground for free. Large children's pool with two large slides, sea water is changed every two days, free of charge.
The hotel restaurant on the embankment has live music, a decent repertoire, without chanson. Quiet. At 23.00 all music ends, the time of silence.
The Sky Lounge cafe on the roof of the hotel, like the entire upper platform, like the three villas above, seem to have been transferred from the Cote d'Azur. The level is absolutely not Crimean.
3. Beach

Half empty always. Two types of plastic sunbeds, free of charge. Several piers to dive. The piers are new, not of the Soviet type. They say that the beach was a good imported pebbles. Yes, only a 5-point storm that raged for several days subsided the day before our arrival. He took with him the lion's share of the pebbles, and in return he tore the hotel's pleasure boat from the anchor and threw it on the coastal stones, it's good that at the end of the embankment. On the first day of our arrival, a strange pink rubble, small, was urgently delivered. A bulldozer leveled it on the beach in a couple of hours.
Once again I was convinced that it is clean where they do not litter. Smoking in designated areas, and garbage containers WITH LID !!!
The beach is clean. No cigarette butt, no cork, no bones, no broken glass. The beauty.
Entry into the water in places from the shore, in places like in Croatia - ladders from the piers. Depth starts with the third step.
4. Staff.
Visible work with staff. ALL !! ! polite, reasonable, smart. No complaints.
5. Rest
We went to breakfast at 8 in the morning, by 9 to the beach. At 11.30-12.00, the children left... They walked, dined, slept. You can go to the neighboring OZK "Semidvorye", an old boarding house, 10 minutes walk along the sea. There scoop-scoop, and the audience is appropriate. Mostly Ukrainians. Mostly on professional vouchers. But, a good park, football, volleyball, basketball, playground, dancing in the evening and a movie in the club. In general, nostalgia.
After a daytime sleep, we got into the car and drove to beautiful places. A lot of things traveled to the South Coast. In the evening, dinner, either in a restaurant, or cooked for hunting. Electric stove, pots and pans with you)))
6. Prices
Not cheap. The room cost 100 bucks a day. But, for the whole company, and breakfast is included. The breakfast buffet is very good. Dine in a restaurant - two adults and one child, around 170 UAH. Dine with wine, around 250 UAH. Everything is delicious and beautiful, this year the chefs were changed, apparently, there were reasons. Everything is great now.
7. Photos

Summary.

Great place in the Crimea. While flights with a small child are undesirable, I will come again. But, for such a loot, there are a lot of places in the Mediterranean where you can relax a level higher. With a short flight.

P. S. And of course, one day, an excuse was found - to Sudak, to the Novy Svet brand store, for blending and bottles for the New Year. My wife and kids stayed at the hotel, and I jumped in the car, and....
The Sudak-Alushta highway for me is a concentrate of happiness, there were few cars, compositions of groups like AC / DC, ACCEPT, etc. , listened to at a volume close to maximum....Kaif !! !
